Overcharged by $792.38
I checked out with 2 five gallons of Behr paint. The cashier charged me for 8 gallons. Thankfully I looked at my receipt when I left checkout. She said I had to go to Customer Service which was a bit confused but handled the matter. Overcharged by $792.38 Also did not put Yard Guard spray in the basket.

Customer service
I went to home depot to buy material for a small repair. I some flooring that I needed. The price on the shelf label was about $36.00 a box. I pick up 3 boxes. Upon checkout the boxes rang up at $47.66 each. That's more than $10.00 difference in price each. I told the cashier he ask me to go get a picture of the price I saw. I did. It clearly show was less than $36.00 per box. The manager CARL refused to give me for the displayed price they had up. That's definitely false advertising. I am now wondering how many times in the past I might have got taken for a ride and paid wrong price thinking the price displayed is what I should pay.

Royal Gem in The Heights
For the sole reason of purchasing Harris Bedbug powder- I left my local Home Depot with a kit instead. The employees there do their VeRy BeST in Customer Service. I highly recommend this beautiful local store. I was impressed with their loyalty to Home Depot - they're a TEAM. Come and shop here. BLESSINGS

Horrible staff with very little knowledge
I always get the run around when i try to Exchange my damaged klien tools, even when I have proof of receipts they still try to deny me and say that I’m not able to return and exchange

I love my Brinkman Home Depot
From start to finish this is my favorite store. Not only mine but my kids. The Home Depot workshop has been a staple in my home for years now and I enjoy my visit every time. Oh Mr Home Depot is AMAZINGGGG🥰🥰 my kids love him they think he’s such a cool guy lol

Gazebo purchase
We purchased a gazebo and was told in customer service that HD had installers. They sent my info to "Home Serve" which they DO NOT assemble. So here we are stuck with a gazebo in a box and now no one can help us at HD. Getting run arounds.

One of the best Home Depot I've been too!
I shop here every week. They are always well stocked, and I can find someone to help me if I need some help (which is not the case at all HD stores). And all the checkout folks are friendly. This is a very solid HD!

Carolyn at Home Depot Brinkman is the best!
I came in to Home Depot Brinkman looking for a few items. The app said the store had many in stock, but I was only able to find one of the 3 items I was looking for. I went to check out, where I was assisted by Carolyn, and I mentioned to her in passing that the Home Depot app mentioned the store had stock of the other items I was looking for, but I wasn't able to find them. As soon as she heard that, Carolyn took the initiative to look up the items on her device, and see if she could locate them for me. She then walked with me to two different aisles, and worked with another store associate in the Electrical department to help me locate the items. Together, we were able to find the boxes in a cage at the top of two different aisles, and Carolyn went through the trouble of finding a ladder, and getting me the items. I was truly impressed by her dedication in trying to help me find my items. As I mentioned, I was ready to just call it a day, but the fact that she went out of her way to help me locate everything, to save me another shopping trip really impressed me. Thank you to Carolyn!

Accessible goods?
Several staffers were helpful in directing to find some HVAC filters for my home. The filters I needed were on a shelf that I could barely reach. Then a male staffer comes down the aisle helping another customer. He could see me struggling but just ignored me until the filters fell on the floor. 🤷♀️

Horrible Customer Service
I was trying to buy a refrigerator and I had went online to look at models I was interested in. Got to store and they did not have any of those models in stock. Asked employee which stores had one in stock so I could go look at it. He told me to go online and look it. I asked him again to look for me and he told me just go to the different stores until I find it. I told he I was ready to buy it today if he could help me. He then stated that he had other customers to help and he did not care if I bought it there or another store. I walked out after that.

I love home Depot but the employees at almost all the locations in this city are horrible in this city are horrible
I've had employees accuse me of stealing get arrested fight it in court one got the charge dropped. And then on top of that I had $20,000 worth of tools stolen out of my truck in the home Depot parking lot it's one thing after another with these places I swear and I've spent $25,000 with home Depot this year so far and get treated like a second class business there's nothing second class about my business or about my work I get paid probably a lot more than most contractors. I've been doing this for 25 years I have more experience then most people have with sleeping. I love the selection at home Depot and they sell the brand of tools that I use so I happen to go there a lot. There is one good store in the city of Houston I can't say for a fact though and that's the one in the heights other than that no good

Net order Generator
The Honda eu7000 purchased on line was delivered 2 days earlier than promised. Packaging in flawless condition.
This is the quietest inverter generator available and it functions perfectly and super quiet.
It is not the least expensive by far, but the quality is unsurpassed.

It was not difficult to find a simple gas cap for a lawnmower and then checking out was fast and easy. The cashier Angie got me out of there real quick.

Can't manage inventory.
Bought an impact online and there was 12 in stock. They had zero. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back. Don't buy online from Home Depot.

Only one slight inconvenience, but got everything quickly!
Bought electrical tape and an outlet cover. Found everything right away. Had a problem with the chip reader at checkout, but a friendly, courteous clerk help me.
Also, I miss your plumbing expert, Diego. I hear he moved to another store. You should make him the CEO. He’s extremely knowledgeable, practical, smart, and down-to-earth!

A return manager Kerry said I could not do and did not assist professionally
I am very much disappointed about this situation, with this being said due to how many years I have came to this location with my family. I went to Home Depot today looking for a chain to get ready to leave on vacation. The chain that was purchased was the last piece on the shelve and there was no need for cutting which I bought as is.
As I purchased this item and exiting the building my daughter called me I no longer needed this item and came directly back into the store to return the item. However , I went to the return area and I was indicated I could NOT return the item because I had cut it. after letting the cashier know I did not cut the item not in store or taken that home she decided to call a manager. The manager named Kerry treated me so poorly indicating that due to policy I could not return the item anymore a price of 35.73. Even though , I insisted I did not cut it or take it home after instances of coming out and in from the store she firmly and rudely said “ I am going to look for the policy you cannot return this item you made the cut and cannot be returned “ , I spent around an hour waiting for her to bring me policy that said this information and failed to show me. After waiting an hour my husband became worried and came inside wondering what the issue was, I felt very discriminated by Kerry and her approach towards me including 4 others that gathered to tell me I could not return the item including a guy who worked in the chain department area. This was very unprofessional behavior and I do feel this needs to be addressed knowing how harshly she treated me and my husband also mentioning I could not return to the store again after her returning the money. I am sadden to know how a manager can treat a customer and associates as a gather trying to proof a customer wrong. She definitely needs to be retrained or have a better understanding of policy or her position.

Cashiers are incompetent
Three different occasions the cashiers are too busy on their phone or talking to other cashiers. They have overcharge on bulk package and argued with the customer about the length of a board to determine the price per foot. $643 for 64 feet of trim at $2.87. Is that girl math Not to mention employees that wouldn’t help get a piece of 5/8 Sheetrock off top shelf. Forgot that one

AWESOME
On every visit I find what I am looking for and get the help that I need. The store is clean inside and out. The employees are friendly and professional.
