I bought products for my store decorations and Home Depot had everything that I needed. The employees who helped me with my purchase were great.

Easy purchase found every thing I needed

I have purchased a new refrigerator, 2 lawn chairs, Roman shades for the back of my house, a Blink Security System, a Maytag washing machine, and a water heater from Home Depot in the last year. I'm so glad I didn't buy these products anyplace else. All look great, delivered and installed on time by courteous employees, and reasonably priced.

It took 30 minutes, 4 associates and 2 managers to get a small light piece of roll stock cut. A manager admitted she was not "cross trained" to accomplish a simple task. 3 associates merely called out on the public address system and no one came specifically to help out. One of the managers that I located, was totally oblivious to the store operations (mentioned above).

Purchased the Rhem Gas Performance Platinum water heater. Prices were affordable and selections were abundant. Customer service was very knowlegable and helpful during the ordering and installation process. Great job!

JACOB (or Isaac) was EXTREMELY HELPFUL at self checkout! He helped me to download the app and get set up for my VETERANS DISCOUNT! I also liked and appreciated the selection of work gloves and padlocks.

Always buy from Honeypot due to ease of shopping.

We love going here, as a builder its hard to find product but this store manages to always have it in stock. And if they dont they do very well on telling us when exactly it will arrive or what other store has it ready

I bought a freezer a month ago and Home Depot's delivery service lost it. The store won't issue me a refund until the service delivers the lost freezer...at this rate, I'll never see that money again and the assistant manager didn't do a thing to try and make it right.

I am so impressed with this store! The employees are knowledgeable, helpful and go beyond to make sure your problem or question is resolved. Best home depot in town! I am working on a new home in the area and they have been amazing!

My shopping experience with my Appliance Specialist Letty Ibarra helped me understand my needs better, and it helped for Home depot to have an excellent product at a competitive price. It was a no brainer for me to make the purchase

Brinkman store staff are always friendly and helpful. Will normally escort me to the area I need instead of just pointing. Folks know where things are. Good variety and inventory. Always clean. Good hours.

My daughter accidently kicked the manager as she stood behind her. The manager was rude and acted as she was an adult and it was intentional, it was not and the child is 8 years old. She needs to learn some people skills.

Everything was outstanding until the delivery. I received the calls, used text for updates, non-branded truck arrives then leaves. I received a notice that they attempted delivery and now I'd have to reschedule. Spoke to Home Depot support and was informed that the delivery company, XPO Logistics, doesn't knock or ring the bell or get out of the truck if it wasn't specifically requested. I questioned this policy and was told it would be a week before they could reattempt delivery. After an hour on the phone, I was able to get an earlier delivery date of 3 days instead of a week. Near the end of the over 60 minute Home Depot support call full of misinformation, another non-branded truck appears to my address. The driver said he was not the same driver that provided the failed delivery attempt but had to meet the previous driver to transfer my fridge to the replacement drivers truck and came to immediately deliver. Rep on the phone was shocked hearing that my fridge was being delivered as she was still on the phone with me. She was told by the dispatcher that it would be a week, then 3 days, and to surprise us all, 2 hours. Both guys were nice and complete in 15 minutes. I hate to blame the store for it but this all rolls into one total experience for me. Summary: make sure notes are added to "knock and ring doorbell" or else the delivery company that partners with Home Depot will not get out of the truck unless you approach the unmarked, non-branded truck.

My refrigerator well be delivered on 7/23.22. Don't have photos.

Customer Service from an employee was horrible and the worse thing the employee was an older person.

Plenty of folks standing around chatting with their colleagues but can’t be bothered to help you and if you do approach them, they simply run away or pass the buck to someone else.

I shop here because my dad came here and all six of my brothers. As their sister I may not be as knowledgeable as them so When I come by myself the employees are very helpful and they do it with a SMILE.

I came to look for one iteam and ended up getting a lot the cashier TyJanae helped me All though she was being highly interrupted a lot !!

More stores need to be dog friendly. It's nice to be able to take my dog with me inside the store and Angela was thrilled to pet and love on Tommy.

Store always has what I need. Exchanges are fast and friendly. Staff is always helpful, particularly Felicia who always goes the extra mile to help people find what they need.

This store by far is way better than the West Road location completely worth the drive.

I couldn't find the items I was looking for and couldn't find a person working that area so I asked an employee passing by to help me. Even though the employee didn't work that area he went over and above to assist me any way. I would like to give a big thank you and appreciation to Phong who went out of his way to help me.

David is a great professional, gave me instructions and advise on windows and doors.
