I am doing a lot of remodeling, and have been to this store several times. I have found most always that an associate will ask if I need help, and follow through with me until it has been done. The store is clean and well lit. It is a very busy store, so props to them for keeping it in order.

The store was clean and organized and there were associates available to me. My experience was very pleasant and I will return again and again to that store.

Wish all the isles had signs showing what is on the isles. Had difficulty finding shelve support brackets and I kept getting directed to the decorative brackets for shelves. The non decorative brackets are placed somewhere else in the store.I finally found them on my own. Needed screws with anchors and was having trouble figuring out what I needed. Luckily, I was assisted by a very patient, professional and polite associate name Ashley. She saw that I needed help and offered. She saved me a lot of time! Thank You!

I have to say I was amazed by the low prices I found.. I was planning to go to Walmart to buy the "extra " things that I needed, but end up buying everything at Home Depot because of the low prices they have. Great experience overall.

The store is right at an exit on Loop 610 East. Shopping was standard Home Depot. The parking lot should be resurfaced.

The associates were friendly and efficient. They were smiling, we joked around a bit, and I was in and out quickly with what I needed. They loaded my grill and secured it properly. Everything went great.

Home Depot has the most helpful associates in the business. At my local store on the North Loop in Houston you will find everything needed for any size job. Excellent variety of products. It is like Hardware Stores / Lumber Yards used to be all in one place. If only there could be an HEB Grocery next door on one side and an Academy Sports and Outdoors on the other.

I've shopped here with my dad since I was a kid, never had problems with staff being rude. Associates were, and remain to this day very friendly. The store is very clean, and things are easy to find. If you have trouble finding stuff, a staff member's always nearby to pluck the item you need off the shelf.

I went online and ordered two different sizes of PASLODE nailgun nails. Each showed "available in store for pickup TODAY". Order went through, and about an hour later I received an email that my order had been CANCELED! A few hours later, I ordered again - since the website showed the nails as "available". Additionally, I ordered OTHER nails that were "AVAILABLE". Again, a few hours later I got a CANCELED email! BUMMER! I guess the store infrequently updates it's inventory listing, but the store also did NOT offer to get the nails into the store for me.
