This store if like NO other store, hardware or not, that I have ever visited. EVERY single person is nice, knowledgeable and fun. Wow!

Every time I have gone into this store the employees are so helpful! I am not a handy person but they make my home projects fun and easy to do on my own! Neal was in the fastener department and he helped me to get the right screw out of the thousands there! He even gave me a great tip on how to put the screw into a chair. I love this story and its employees!!!

I looked online to make sure the item I needed was at the Home Depot, but when I arrived at Home Depot I couldn't find the product on the shelves. I couldn't find a shelf tag for the item either. Luckily, Dixie was working in the weed killer area and I asked her about the item. When she couldn't find it on the shelf inside the store she looked it up on a device she carried in her pocket. She found the item and discovered the item was in the garden center. She was very helpful and polite. Thank You Dixie!!!

This store has extremely helpful and most importantly, friendly staff - always end up chatting with someone and always get the help I need!!! People actually take the time to show you where an item can be found rather than just pointing to an aisle. I recently purchased several home appliances and the assistance I received was wonderful!! Thank you - makes such difference!!

I had a terrible experience when checking out with your checkout cashier - Linda. She was not only rude but she had a terrible attitude towards me. I was in the process of checking out when I realized that I had a store credit that I wanted to use for the purchase. Her response was simply "It went through". There was no attempt to help me to apply the credit or any sense of care for that matter. Granted it was 9:00 AM and I understand that it was early in her shift, but a simple "no problem let me refund this transaction and do another one" would have sufficed. If she stated that I need to go to customer service, that would have been fine as well. It is in these moments that you realize why retail stores are now having to move their stores online. The old adage is still true - treat others the way you would want to be treated.

I received wonderful customer service while shopping today. Dave Y helped me with a big planter. He also loaded the potting mix into my cart and walked me out to my car. It’s rare to see such spectacular customer service these days, and it truly made a mark on my day! Knocking a star because they were out of basil and rosemary.

A fantastic experience due to Nastassia Mason and her willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty to help us. We were looking for an appointment for a contractor to come out and install the backsplash we bought from Home Depot and received unsatisfactory service every time. This all changed when Nastassia too over. We could not be more pleased. And for this reason, and because of her, we will be returning to this store and to Home Depot.

My checkout experiences was amazing want to say gege made my checkout simple while keeping a smile on her face. At first I was a little upset but she made the end of my checkout.

Overall good store, will purchase items there again because of location.

Look for Reynard in the wood department he is real knowledgeable.

I would like to give my regular assistance a 5.star which is ms. Gege . mr.joe on the other hand was very helpful in the beginning until me.gege came back there and started writing down the skus. He said he was going to check out but I'm usually giving my sales to gege and she said she had it because were her regular customers. We only needed a few more cabinets brought down and when gege came he was like well she can get those other ones down and walked away. Even though I'm a customer I know gege is carrying with child and can't lift heavy items. That was very unprofessional for him to just walk away from paying customers he was very disrespectful and threw his hands up. I believe he didn't want to help anymore once he found out he wasn't going to be making the sale. Which shouldn't matter. Makes me want to take my money somewhere else
