I love this store! Shout out to my friends at the self-checkout area. This store is a great place to buy sponges, towels, duct tape and anything else I might need. I bought a Snickers while I was there as well. I forgot the bleach. I will pick it up when I return.

The store associate in the Kitchen Design area was amazing. She was patient with me and knowledgeable about the products and any specials that were available. Planning a kitchen renovation is not an easy task but she made it almost painless. It was a pleasure working with her.

I would like to give a great job shout out to the associates that made my purchase superb.First note is Sharon in the plumming dept that to me by the hand and walked me thru the purchase and calmed my nerves. Followed by Tashana Pro Desk that arranged all that I needed quickly. To Luke that delivered my pruchase in a timely fashion. You have a great team at the 11232 location and I look forward to doing more business with them in future.

I went to buy some salt it was a breeze everything I needed was available

Has a good selection of items and open later than other Home Depots

The greeting from the guard on entering made a difference! The associate was very helpful and made looking for items much easier than the time I would have taken to find the items.

Luis (LEP984) was a great help from the second I walked into the store. He helped me pick out the right doors for the project I'm working on. Even though I changed my mind several times he was very patient and professional and guided me to the right doors I needed. I don't write enough reviews for all the help Luis gives me. I've been a shopper with Home Depot for 9 years now and Luis has been helping me from day one. He was a big factor in helping my business grow with his knowledge in construction and products. Again he is a big asset in the Hamilton Ave Home Depot that always makes me come back; whether I'm a block away from the store or 5 miles away. Thank you for all your help Luis

I think Cropsey Avenue home depot have some great service but on the contrary Hamilton Avenue Home Depot employee walked off on me saying he will find some help for me but no one came to help me and there's some weird smell in the front lights area

ASSOCIATES COULD NOT FIGURE OUT IF THE PRODUCT WAS AVAILABLE OR NOT, BUT THE STORE WEBSITE CLEARLY SHOWS 3 ITEMS AVAILABLE IN STOCK., IF I A RAN MY BUSINESS WITH THAT LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE, OR NOT KNOWING WAS GOING ON TO SAY THE LEAST; I WOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!! Parking here is crazy. Store is huge. You can never find staff when you need it.
