I went to the wood cutting section of the store as a female with my son in tow. It is not my expertise and I felt a bit lost & unsure. Thankfully, I was directed to Oscar for my wood cutting job and he was AMAZING. He was friendly, precise, had grace under pressure (it was a busy Sunday), and he completely went above & beyond to assist not only me, but the other customers around me. If you need lumber, please go see Oscar! He was also able to help customers who asked him where items were in the store while simultaneously assisting me with my wood cutting. He is a GEM at this store! Thank you, Oscar!

The check out clerk was watching videos on his phone and did not stop throughout the transaction. Didn't say anything. The fact that they didn't have top soil bags didn't help matters.

I hope to have more experiences like the one I had at the BBD Home Depot in New Tampa. Three staff members - in gardening, paint, and checkout - were all super friendly and helpful. This was not my usual experience up until this point, but it does leave me hope for future visits. It inspired me to leave this review. Commendations all around.

I must commend Kim, the FES Manager, for her professional, courteous, and empathetic manner in which she handled my particular issue. She needs to be in training to train associates on how to talk to and handle proper customer service matters.

This store is above and beyond the next closest HD store. I go 5miles out of my way to use this one.

The male employee in paint was extremely busy but still managed to remember the order of customers as they arrived and completed the paint request very fast and accurate. There was an employee that brought me a cart when he noticed that I was carrying a lot in hands as I arrived at check out.

We rented a box truck for 2 hours and upon return were accused of smashing an employee's vehicle supposedly on our way out of the parking lot when we left with the truck. We have pictures of where the truck was originally parked before driving out of the lot, and my car dashcam and our pathway leaving was nowhere near the car sitting with its bumper on the ground. We have pictures of the truck returned undamaged. We were targeted. The manager refused to provide evidence, he didn't look at surveillance, supposedly had multiple eye witnesses of "a box truck" but couldn't prove it was us or another renter. Home Depot employee then proceeded to file a claim on our insurance.

Flooring just great. My installer was pleased with my purchse. Had to pick up more flooring in Zephyrhills. FL. Gal in customer service very helpful, as well as the loader and the staff in your truck rental dept. Excellent, friendly people. Inshop alot at H D for stuff for my apartments and thesevfolks that assisted me were spot on. They all deserve raises and promotions. Customer relation skills, beyond excellent.

Not sure how staffing was at the time of my visit. However, a courteous comment stating that if you need assistance, to please let an associate know. Common courtesy goes a long way with customers.

I bought LG washer dryer very high quality excellent price great service. I always like shopping at home depot for appliance. Highly recommend there is nothing you can not find.the store very clean and well organized thank you.

My contractor was running behind, I agreed to a delivery delay suggested by a representative, but the vanity was delivered EARLY leaving it exposed to the elements

Bought dual wine fridge

We had ordered an LG 29 ft.³ refrigerator and paid in full. We were promised delivery in about three days on a Saturday. We called the warehouse a night before the delivery. They said it will arrive between 9 to 1 PM around 11 AM when we call the warehouse, they said the delivery was canceled because it was not in stock. Since then we have been trying to get a refund or at least a confirmation of the cancellation. They have been direct. They have been reluctant to give even a confirmation number or an email. The lady had promised a cancellation email which we never received. I have now made a dispute with the card payment for a full refund as we did not get the delivery

I have shopped at this location for over 15 years, even though a location opened closer to my home. The employees here are very helpful and in my opinion go above and beyond for the shopper like me, I'm not the best at doing work myself so the advice and help from the employees here really helps me get the job done correctly. 100% recommend this location!

We purchased outdoor patio tile at this location because our home store didn’t have the quantity we needed. This store is very organized and clean. The associates were knowledgeable and friendly. Keith helped us with our tile purchase. We will be back!

We had questions about sanders and someone popped in to assist within a minute. Then we needed help checking out in the self checkout and they also appeared promptly. The knowledge and eagerness to help were exactly what we needed and it was the end of a long day for us but staff was on the ball!

I always find this Home Depot to be a pleasure to shop in. If you can’t find what you’re looking for just ask. All associates are friendly & knowledgeable.

I went to Home Depot to purchase concrete blocks. I was greeted in the parking lot by Mike, who asked how he could help me find something particular. He showed me where in the store the concrete blocks were located, loaded them in my cart ( I’m an older female), escorted me to the cashier stand, and then escorted me to my vehicle and proceeded to load them up for me. I was astounded at his level of service, I hope the company rewards him somehow for his gracious assistance.
