Service is always excellent. Can you have one or two more “people” cashiers - I hate self check. I work on a computer a great deal, why should I do it when I shop?! Ugh. I am not alone in this opinion. Can I do it? Yes. Do I want to? No! I have a job, thank you. We should have a choice.

I’ve already said it in my early review but I will repeat myself. This is the fourth flooring project. We have done through Home Depot. The first two times went smooth with no issues the quality of service. The customer service was all great. The problem started with the last installment with the fact that we were told our tile that we’ve been ordering was no longer available. So we had to choose a different tile for our two kids rooms. I could live with that if it wasn’t for the fact that when I came back for the last installment project, your team informed us that the original tile that we have been working with was in fact still available. Now my entire house is done with one type of tile with the exception of my two bedrooms on this occasion and on occasions we’ve been told that we could use old tiles and that it wouldn’t be an issue so we purchased less tile because we still had seven of the old tiles , when the installers came in for this one turning what Was only supposed to be scheduled for a two day installment has taken over five days and the project still not even done because I’m now being forced to order 10 more cases because on top of the seven cases we didn’t order because we already had three of the cases that came in with the new product also did not claim to be matching the rest of the product. Even though all the tiles look identical and are the same size same dimensions, we have been struggling to get anybody from Home Depot or the installers to actually care about the frustrations that we are going through right now. me and my wife were force to sleep in our living room for over six nights was only supposed to be a two day job. Now we’re still in limbo on what is going to happen to our front bedroom because no managers Home Depot or the installation company seem to actually care , I’m irritated is over the years between tile jobs replacing an AC multiple fans and other pieces of equipment we have literally spent thousands of dollars with Home Depot, but because of this, I don’t think I can ever spend another dime with your company.

It is every time I shop in this store, what a challenge to get to any area, or shop, or move around safely.

Every time I have to shop at the HD in Bulverde it is a horrible experience. The building materials, lumber, roofing, doors is a disaster every time I shop here. The back yard is turned into a dumping zone, damaged product, extreme amounts of lumber, soils overstock. This location has no concern for the neighborhood.

I have 3 ea. Home Depot All built with materials and appliances from Home Depot. I am now starting a New Cottage with products from Home Depot.

Been to the depot in Bulverde many times this week. Their service and availability of skilled help has improved a lot.

Plumbing supplies in two different locations

Don't waste your time with Home Depot's remodeling contractors, their prices are 3x what they should be and they won't share material and labor costs bc they charge based on national average. Statewide attempts to sell u on national average prices. Ridiculous. Don't waste 3 hours with someone sitting in your home trying to scam you by selling you a brand, not a product. It was like sitting through a timeshare sale. It's obvious they take advantage of people who don't know any better and Home Depot allows them to do this, probably bc everyone needs a big cut of the money.. Statewide wanted 43k just for a shower and bathroom floor. No electrical, no lights, no vanity, or no linen closet. Just turning a tub into a walk-in shower. 43 THOUSAND for half the bathroom. When we made the appointment we asked for our entire bathroom to be remodeled. However when statewide arrived, they told us they only remodeled showers and we would have to do the rest of the bathroom through someone else. Home Depot should be ashamed for contracting them and being apart of this scam that takes advantage of people.

No employee to be found needed help

Service desk has great people. They always try to take care of your needs.

We checked in-store quantity before making the trip to purchase the items. When we arrived the bin was empty and we were told the items had not been moved into the store. We called the next day to verify the item was in the bin and were told it was. When we arrived, we discovered the incorrect size was in the bin. We ended up purchasing the 40 items from a competitor. Wasted time and effort!

The store is always clean and well stocked. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Glad that it is there for me.

Dont bother with a delivery or if you are disabled in store.

HD as a company is the worst for having knowledgeable employees to assist. But the Bulverde store Hwy 46 takes the Cake as the saddest customer service ever. This store takes the prize for managerial apathy for the pain in the butt “Norm” to try and find products; or find an employee smart in the area hes assigned. I love asking the guy in Paints (if there even is one) and he says he has no idea because he usually works in lumber, etc times 10. I actively try to save lists of items I need so I can get them in New Braunfels at any other home supply store.

This Home Depot has horrible service & doesn’t care about its customers. I ordered curbside & drove an hour round trip to be told there was no one to help me in curbside service & I wasn’t offered any options. I had to cancel my order.

We had a ryobi sawzall that the shaft broke off and I tried to return. Long arduous story, but that they seemed bothered that we tried to get it replaced. We buy thousands of dollars of tools and equipment each year for our three businesses, and they seemed to not care that we may switch preferred vendors over an $85.00 Home Depot branded tool that broke that no-one (even the manager) couldn't/wouldn't rectify. Customer service seems to continue to plummet nearly everywhere.

Nice we can put products on hold and pay in advance

Mrs. Josette Hutchinson deserves a raise. She went above and beyond with customer service. She even offered me a file folder for my customers receipt. Thank you again.

Hard to get discounts

I realize there is a method to your madness when you organize a kids program. Even though it’s often an expensive day when Dad takes my Grandaughter, they both have a great time together! Thank you for putting on this event!

My husband and I bought a refrigerator for the garage at the store. It was a seamless experience and the employees really knew what they were talking about. We had excellent delivery people and could not be happier with our experience.

Great customer service, kind respectful, very patient with older women like me. My last purchase staff went beyond the call of duty! Highly recommended

Stephanie in the flooring department is wonderful and a great asset to Home Depot. Definitely recommend her.

Poor customer service. No one would help with Ryobi product. Why locked the product up if you don't help customers get them when they want to buy?

If you are in need of a handicap cart go elsewhere this stores are busted not charged and if they are they don’t hold a charge for long.

I'm visiting from California and I'm working on a little project refinishing a small cabinet. At the Bulverde Home Depot at very turn there was a friendly, knowledgeable employee who helped me every step of the way!
