Review Title says it all!

I decided to do flooring for the entire bottom floor of my home. Prior to choosing Home Depot I had 2 other flooring companies come to my home with their products and provide estimates. Both companies had nice products and could install the flooring within the week. I decided to go to Home Depot #6989 to see what they could provide prior to making my decision. I found a product I liked at Home Depot and decided to go with them for the install. They sent a person to perform a measurement a couple days later. The individual made several mistakes on the measurement and this led to confusion once I went to the store to finalize the quote. At the store, Stephanie in flooring was extremely helpful as we spent 2 hours ironing out the mistakes and confusion on the quote. Stephanie ordered the remainder of the materials I would need for the install. I was told the install could not be scheduled till all materials had arrived. I understand that. Today all the materials were delivered to my home and the install company finally called to schedule my install. I was told by them that it would be over a month! Over a month!! If I had been told ahead of time the delay on the install I would have gone another route for my flooring needs. This is unacceptable. Other companies could get it installed within a week from the time I okayed the quote. So far I am two weeks into this process and still have to wait another month for the install to happen. I have a bathroom that is totally ripped out to put flooring down, I have a porch filled with furniture, and now I have a garage filled with flooring materials! Customers need to have all the data ahead of time to make buying decisions for their families. This fiasco is unacceptable. The only saving grace is the wonderful help I have received from Stephanie.

I shop Bulverde Home Depot frequently. They are always ready and capable to help me find what I’m looking for as well as other options I may not have known to look for.

This is an exceptional store. The employees are cheerful, friendly, and helpful. Maxwell greeted us, made recommendations, then cheerfully helped to pick up, haul, and load 8 large bags of garden soil for us. We highly recommend shopping here.

I have been there several times looking for some PVC fittings. They are either out or very limited. I talked to other customers that are having the same experiences. An example i 3/4 inch T with half inch threaded out. They had 2 that I could find and had no contractor packs. These are used for sprinklers so I would think they would have plenty. Just an example.

Had several trips to home depot to purchase various item. Each trip customer service was excellent. Employees were very willing to help with a smile.

My husband has rented a few tools from here, reasonable prices and great service!

Our visit today was one of the best and friendliest visits we have had. We were greeted 7or 8 times. Was asked if we needed any help finding any thing and everyone seemed to be happy they were at work. Was a very enjoyable shopping experience.

Great well stocked store with exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and helpful employees. I buy all sorts of products for lawn, garden, home use and home repairs, plus remodelling and residential construction and the service and help provided are always super.

Recently, I have had to make several trips to the Bulverde Home Depot. Both times I met exceptional employees. They were both from the same electrical area and their names are Steve and Paul. They are very knowledgeable and helpful to me in finding many products. These two gentlemen Should be commended on the professionalism and knowledge they have of electrical requirements I needed. They were able to help me by advising me on the correct purchase of the required items. Please tell them thank you very much for all their assistance.

I was called a B—-by a cashier because I questioned his measurements since the two boards I purchased were the same size before I used their self-service cutting center. Magically one of the boards grew a 1/2”…as I was leaving the kid called time that word & when I notified the manager on duty she apologized & said she’d take care of it. The gentleman at the paint counter was a super nice guy, but these kids…really?!?

If you need assistance to find something or return something, please find Carolene, Nico, or Bill - these 3 helpfull employees are tops!

This store is well stocked. If the item I need is not currently in stock, they will help in the ordering process.

very helpful and knowledgeable team Two examples Example is in paint department - help with the proper paint for the roof of my golf cart. Example in door department - help in buying the blinds that go into my double pane exterior door and had a contractor that was able to install.

It's seems that inventories and stocking are not managed very well. The inventories seem to be kept low and restocking is done at peak time for customer traffic.

We are thrilled that the store isn't jam packed in the parking lot and in the store. We drive a few miles further to get away from the city congestion.

I suggest you bulldoze the store and start all over again.

I picked up a medium, clear designer hook for $12.93. With my military discount I paid $11.64. I really think that this two inch piece of clear plastic with a removable adhesive strip was grossly overpriced. I would not recommend to a friend buying this at Home Depot. That has got to be a grotesquely huge markup. I doubt that it cost the manufacturer more than 75 cents to produce this.

Everyone was gracious, helpful professional and resourceful. I liked that they were open to thinking out-of-the-box!

This store is one of the cleanest stores. The selection is nice and the employees are friendly.

I was returning plumbing parts, lost the receipt, but Rosario used my credit card to confirm the purchase. She was very friendly and yet efficient. Great store.

Home Depot now requires an app for military discount. Not all veterans have smart phones. Not everyone wants extra apps on their phones. I guess I’ll be using McCoys from now on.
