I was disappointed that the brick delivered was not as I was led to believe. I asked Home Depot to come pick up all 1200 concrete red bricks.

Romanoff’s Justin (a manager) called my wife a b!tch and then cancelled our carpet install a few days before we needed to list our home. Home Depot doesn’t care about the customer and was afraid of their Justin for some reason and refused to discuss with us this issue. Everything woke goes to the adult form of poop because of first amendment censoring

I bought a rug and liked it so much I went back to get another one!

I go to my local Home Depot store anytime I need anything for the house including repairs and or additions to the home. Recently I've bought pvc pipe for a water line, a set of Ryobi tools and some pressure treated wood for a small set of stairs, I'm happy to report total satisfaction with all.

All was great but contacting someone who could help me by.phone was a big hassle. I now always ask for Julie and she gets the job done no matter what dept. It is in!!! I am too busy to get into the store for every transaction. Now Home Depot is my go to resource for products/supplies!!

Darryl in appliances made our trip to Home Depot so great! He took the time to educate us on different options of machines that was available to us, which we very much appreciate. He is one of the nicest most wholesome people I have ever had the pleasure to meet in this world! I highly recommend Darryl in appliances in the Burlington WA location for any and all your needs!! He is a man you can trust!! Thank you for going above and beyond Darryl! We will be back!

I would like to give a shout out to Tina our kitchen designer. She went above and beyond to make our first kitchen remodel a great experience so far. She really cares about her customers and wants them to get what they want at the budget they have. I will highly recomend her to my friends.

purchased an item that was up high on a shelf. asked for assistance, only waited 3 min. before they arrived with a fork lift....at check out, they were literally waiting at register to help load it.....great service!

Besides this location access, the items needed for home improvements, and all aspects of remodeling are available. The prices are very competitive and the assistance with employee's is top notch.

I have always received excellent customer service from this store location. Most times, staff go above and beyond to help me as a customer whether I'm looking for something or need help getting off the shelf or into a vehicle. Store is stocked very well, nice to find deals upon just walking in to the store. Love the garden center, always buy more than I need.

WARNING: Would not recommend "Special In-Store" ordering; used online instead. Product arrived damaged and getting hold of the store Customer Service was a nightmare. Live on an island; arduous and expensive to return to the mainland store to effect exchange.

Always dirty and disorganized, with merchandise piled in the aisles so you can’t find anything. Staff never know where anything is, and will tell you they don’t carry an item rather than go look for it. Poor masking and hygiene practices.

The employees are great, very nice, friendly, and willing to help in any way. Tiffany was so sweet, helpful.

The store was clean everything Was in stock that I needed and Tiffani the sales clerk was really friendly and helpful she made our experience nice

This store has the most attentive employees. Even though I can now find my way around there are many folks working here who are happy to help find product you may be looking for. If an employee isn’t sure where to find an item they find someone to help and stay with you to see that you (and they) know where to look the next time, I’ve been to other hardware and home improvement stores, even to other Home Depots. This one’s the best in Skagit county. One pleased customer here!

Friendly clean and shelves where stock

I’m very upset with Home Depot mount Vernon! We were looking at a sale item deciding if we needed another cart to load up a washer and dryer deal that they had for $800 when another lady just saw us looking at them and ran to the manager and told her she was interested and they just came and took the tag to go charge her for them and we tried to tell the manager we were already going to load them into our carts and she said too bad the lady came to me first and it’s first come and we replied with we didn’t know we had to grab the manager to buy a sale item we were just about to load it and she said too bad as they sat there and laughed and the worst thing is that the lady that was buying them said she didn’t even need them she is gonna put them on offer up for more my husband tried to talk to the manager and got nowhere. They are horrible people my daughter doesn’t have a washer and dryer and that was such a good deal how could she of not asked the lady if she didn’t already see us there standing with our carts there but they didn’t care because the lady went around us straight to the manager I feel like they were super unfair!! Other than this the rest of our shopping was great everything was in stock but the customer care is very bad

Liars. Kept giving me different dates on sinks that never came

I have never been more disappointed in a Home Depot location. The lack of help and customer service is beyond anything I have seen when a customer has a valid problem with an item through no fault of their own.

Everyone needs some serious customer greeting training. No joke. I know this will just be read and ignored but ever there is a couple of times I gone in There and seen employees just chatting away with other employees and you pass on by them and they don't even look your way to make eye contact and at least greet you even if you don't need help. Then there is other employees just on Their phones it is ridiculous I was in the garden dept. Indoors aisle where all the grills accessories are and there was two employees, one putting together a grill and even though she was doing that she could of acknowledged and greeted eye contact. Remember you guys have a pay check because of your customers so treat them like gold. Other then that I found all I was looking for. Even flooring dept was not a greeter employee. Just for your info

The experience I had was unbelievable in the worse way. Staff were hard to find and unhelpful when they were found. The store was not clean or organized - display tubs and showers had dirt and leaves in them, like they had been left outside and brought in and set on the shelf. Orange ladders and boxes left unattended and blocked multiple aisles. It took over 20 minutes and 4 employees to "find the key" to inventory that was locked up. Paint lady decided it was more important to play on her cell phone than help answer questions. The store was a literal and figurative mess. Exception: Mohammad - he was motivated, immediately helpful, knew exactly where the product was I was looking for, and seemed to be the only employee that wanted to be there. Give him a raise!

Great store, supported by excellent staff in each department.

There are more employees than customers and everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.
