I like this store because it has always the items I am looking for ,check out is fast and prices are lower then other hard ware stores

Sometimes you know what your looking for but ,you don't know where to look. The associate saw my hand in the air asked what I was looking for escorted to the right place. TY. The cashier was also helpful when checking out.

The store associate was very helpful in letting me know the website stock level was completely wrong, but put in the effort to offer a close comparable product and checked that it was in stock and available for purchase. He was available straight away when I arrived at the store, helped me to the car and loaded the product into the car. Kudos to Steve M

The store has a wide variety of products and easy access to them. The staff is there if you need them but they let you shop without bugging you. If you need to return an item, there is no hassles.

With an abundance of store associates ready and willing to assist, this store is never crowded and is rarely out of product.

I continue to go to this store based on the friendliness of the employees, the ease to which I can find things, and the availability of products I am looking to buy.

I had to buy many stuff today. One of the worker Ms.Sharon helped me alot. I am really happy with her service! She is the best!

I went to Home Depot to pick up a few things for the castle. I found everything I wanted but was baffled by a simple plumbing fixture. The repair was explained to me by an associate in plumbing and he then told me I could probably get some additional help from the rental tool department. Really? So I ambled over to the rental tool department which was not overly busy. I explained my problem to the associate and he said let me try something. He took about ten minutes and came back with a new idea and a partially solved problem. It was not his job, it had nothing to do with tool rental but he took the time, invoked some creativity and made me feel better. What can I say, you know who you are....Kudos

I went to HD to purchase some pieces of wood to make a doll closet for my granddaughter. The store associate, Brian Farmer, was very helpful. He gave me suggestions on the products available, instructions on how to make it, and cut the pieces to perfection. He was enthusiastic and took his time with me. The service I received from him was way beyond what I had expected from a large store like HD. Kudos to Brian and to HD.

Always a good shopping experience. I usually find all that I need at great prices. Associates are very helpful.

My husband and I just purchased our first home and Home Depot has been a money saver. I like to compare prices between Lowe's and Home Depot to get the best deal, and Home Depot by far has won out in the price war. The best example that I have is new windows. Lowe's quoted us over $3300 for new windows. Home Depot quoted us $1515. That is a huge price difference for basically the same windows just different name. I just wish that Home Depot was closer to where we live. Lowe's is only 5 minutes away and Home Depot takes about 15-20 minutes. Being a mother, remodeling a new home and working full time every minute counts. My only wish is that a Home Depot will move in closer to Northeast Philadelphia.

Employees are very attentive here and will help you find what you need.

The Bustleton Avenue Store was great, however I requested an estimate on fencing. The store associate made all the arrangements, a man from the fencing company came and did an absolutely crumby job measuring and explaining the process. Later I received an e-mail stating that the company charged with giving estimates for the installer was fired and that other arrangements would be made and I would be called. That was a month ago...not a word since the e-mail.

We inherited my grandmother's house and have been renovating ever since. The Bustleton Avenue store is about 2 miles from our home and we use it as our second address because we are there so much. Your associates are great and you in-store selection is also great. If we can't find what we are looking for the associates are more than willing to look up on-line purchasing possibilities.

I had a return and my receipt was destroyed, Laqueysha at guest service was friendly and helpful! Wonderful experience compared to the lowes on Roosevelt blvd and grant ave... That place is horrible and people are miserable.

I believe that instead of making me buy twine they should have taken the twine and just give me what I needed to tie up the plyboard. They told me everyone steals it that's why they did not have any. Not my fault.

Associates Peter K and Chris called two other stores to make sure they have product I needed and arrange convenient pick up. GREAT JOB !!!!!

was able to find everything I needed, although wish there were more and better quality options. I purchased, tile for a backsplash and bath fixtures, among other items. Have been remodleing a bathroom and visited the store many times in the last two weeks. Staff havebbeen very helpful and friendly. Kudos to paint staff, tile staff, and bath staff! There were a number of "machines" in the aisles that we had to work around though. I also tried to rent a truck and the one and only truck was out and I had to wait over an hour so I did not end up renting. Might want to consider getting another truck for rental. The cusotmer service staff were very nice and let me put my purchases behind the counter until I could get a truck to get them home, so I was very grateful for that. Overall a good store with friendly, helpful staff!!
