Tina (I think this was her name) went above and beyond during a very busy Sunday during the corona virus pandemic. She was covering 2 departments (both with long lines) and remained kind and helpful to all waiting customers.

Store was nicely organized, employees friendly. An employee, Stan, approached me as I was looking for what I needed and assessed my need left me, came back in a minute or so with the exact item I needed.

The store was very clean, especially compared to other warehouse stores. All the employees I met were very helpful and kind to me. I only give praise where it is due and this store definitely deserves it more so than any other home improvement in the area.

There is an employee there named AJ who just gave me the best customer service experience I have ever had at a Home Depot store. Happy that there are still good people out there who know how to take care of customers. He took my phone call, researched the product and when I arrived attended to me in a friendly and professional manner. It felt liket I had my own personal shopper! He even carried the merchandise to the front for me. This guy is a keeper. I will literally go back there just because of him even though another store is closer. I hope you realize what an asset you have in AJ, Home Deport management!

This store is a great store just a downfall of not having what I needed in stock was a bummer. But other than that some of the employees I dealt with were very knowledgeable about the stuff I needed , also the girl Krystal at customer service was very sweet and greeted me right away. Not sure if she is a supervisor or not but her whole attitude was great. Thank you so much

The associates were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and customer service driven. Joey in flooring went above and beyond with helping us order a custom sized rug. We cannot be more appreciative!

Make sure you visit Joe upstairs in the new appliance section. He is kind, friendly, and knows his stuff. Being a single older female, he didn't ask if I needed help with getting my purchase to my vehicle. He automatically retrieved an attendant who also, was kind and put the microwave in my car.

You stores, your products, your staff, their knowledge, their competence, their courtesy, your prices & your convenience FAR EXCEED those sadly missing and meager qualities at other stores. HOME DEPOT IS THE BEST!!! THE EMPLOYEE IN PLUMBING AREA FOUND PRODUCT I HAD BEEN TRYING TO FIND FOR TWO WEEKS...KUDOS !!!

All the staff were welcoming and helpful, especially Torrey! I drove to this store because they had a product in stock my local one did not but seeing the difference in service at this location vs my closer Home Depot...I'll drive the xtra couple minutes to come here!

While the only cashier was trying forever to help someone start a credit card account, the line grew and it took 20 minutes or more for that cashier to finish that one sale, I and all others behind me had to wait patiently.

ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES, JOE M. WAS VERY HELPFUL IN SOLVING A PERPLEXING PLUMBING PROBLEM!
