If you’re looking for an organized well managed Home Depot , come here. The rest in the area do not compare.

I went to self checkout because there's a paucity of cashiers. There were no plastic bags and I was informed that I could buy one for $2 plus change. Checkout was slow and cumbersome.

I would probably by buy lot of product from this home depot

This guy knows his stuff. I thought I was stuck with a 3 valve tub and shower hot cartridge. Maybe a specialty plumbing thing I said? No way man. Arcadi is up on a ladder I hold up the valve. He says one second and smiles. And boom just like that I'm looking at a non leaking good as new tub and shower faucet!!!: I love this store and I love this guy

I experienced the best customer service today! Greeted. Asked what I needed. Escorted to the product. Dave grabbed 4 40 pound bags of softener for me and put them on my flat bed cart, took me to the register, rang me up and offered to take them to my car. I was able to slide them in my car so declined that help. Polite, friendly, courteous. What a pleasure.

Compared to many other Home Depot Locations, I can honestly say this Bustleton location is my absolute favorite, from have all of my shopping needs, many varieties and quantities of products alongside amazing, friendly, and helpful staff of employees, I’d have to say they receive a A+ from my family and I.

It is by far the best home depot among the ones where I shop. The associated were often available and ready to help. Generally very knowledgable and caring in helping us fi dinh what we need. Carmen is one of the cashier who often share a smile while checking us out. She makes the shopping experience one of a kind.

The store associates are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products in the store .All products were very easy to locate.

Best home depot experience! Online said item was available. It was not. I almost didn't ask for help based on passed experiences at other home depots. The employees were so helpful and were able to find me an equivalent at the same price! Shout out to Rajsheda! I will be going out of my way to go to this home depot location in future.

This is the best Home Depot in Philly! Their customer service is outstanding.

What makes this a 5-STAR store is the location, convenience, ample parking, intelligent/knowledgeable/helpful/cheerful/patient staff, product availability/quality/price, convenient and speedy checkout, convenient hours/days, great web site, military discount.

Clean and helpful employees

There was trouble in the beginning because we were ignored by this one sales person. We were in appliances first waiting to buy but the young lady went to everyone else. The only sales person who saved the day was CICI who was professional and courtesy and had out of the world great customer services. Everyone else was wonderful! There was even a person outside who went and got a motorized chair for my handicapped family member. However the person working on 6/15/21 in appliances in the day needs to be retrained on customer service. She came uo and instead of asking who was here first she went straight to all the White people. But CiCi saved the day and i thank you for being courteous!!!!!

Always a pleasant experience at this store. Most employees are knowledgeable but all are kind. HIP, one of the supervisors is always on point and very customer focus. He is a prime example of a quality customer service experience. He remedies the concerns brought to his attention. Thank you Hip and the rest of the staff at this store.
