I ordered my items online and I waited less then 10 minutes for my items.

I was extremely happy with everyone help with all my purchases. These customer service associates are very nice people. they always helping me when I visit the store. I am so happy to know they are there when I need help with my home and lawn purchases. My water heater needed to be replaced after 10 yrs and I called Home Depot they were there within three hours with a new one

STORE inventory and selection did NOT match what I expected based on WEBSITE inventory for the store.

The store is always clean and well stocked. Associates very helpful. Only blocks from my home which makes it very convenient to get to.

I would like to recognize professional service and an excellent personal attitude Mr. Brian Murray, Specialty Department Supervisor and Mrs. Marion Betge, Millwork Specialist. During my visit I made a special order and these staff did the best for my convenience and a good impression about store. Mr. Brian Murray and Mrs. Marion Betge really deserve a recognition and are a good example for other staff. I will definitly recommend my favorite store to relatives, friends and colleagues. Thanks.

I usually shop at the Willow Grove center but I found that this location was closer. This store rivals all the others except for one thing I couldn't find in stock and that was a replacement water filter for my fridge. Unfortunately it was the only thing I went there for, so I went to Willow Grove. But other than that I have continued to shop here with great success and satisfaction.

Whenever I have a question or need help the employees have been courteous and, answered my question, but,finding someone to help is frustrating.

My customer service was going well, until another sales associate disrupted the process.

How can you mix up one same order three times?! Needed 3 additional boxes of floors. Associate spent 1,5 hour placing order and I told him specifically what I need plus he was able to pull out information on computer what I ordered before and I needed exactly same thing. He told me price went up from $3.27 per sq.ft to $3.98 sq.ft. I asked him so many times are you sure you are ordering same floors... He said yes! In a couple days I went online and saw price $3.27 and I figured out he ordered wrong floors. I went to the store and they replaced order. In a couple of weeks I received a call from store that my floors are in and ready for pick up(they told me it's a new order) I hired workers for Monday to start working on my floors. On Sunday I went to pick up and they said floors not in and they don't know who called me. After 15 minutes they told me they found it and putted in my car. I left store and then I received a call from them that they putted wrong floors, mine are not in yet! Should I continue to write more?!....Store Manager was not helpful at all....All he could say "Yeah I know its a big mistake"...Really ? Do you think this is what I want to hear from you at this moment...

The associates were eager to assist with locating products and very extremely friendly!!!

The associates at the customer service desk were very friendly and helpful. One associate walked me over to the area that I wanted to shop and found the items for me. They also helped load a BBQ grill into my vehicle. Quick and courteous service.

Over the years, I have to say, I've never had a bad experience at this Home Depot. Everything I purchased was as advertised or as expected. Store employees are helpful, patient, and best of all, very courteous. Store is well laid out and well stocked.

I like that on a sunday morning there is an associate that offered to help me and load my car for me. The cashier was not friendly and I could not understand one word he was saying.

He was unbelievably helpful with kitchen design as well as choice of materials. I can't express how much I appreciate his professionalism, kindness and patience. I had a terrific experience shopping at the Home Depot on Bustleton Avenue. The Sales Associate made it so amazingly easy to find everything I needed, walking me to just about every aisle I needed merchandise from. She was friendly, helpful and extremely helpful.

There is always an associate available to help me find what I need and even suggest something better that I was unaware even existed. Definitely my go-to store.

This is the BEST store for home products . All the associates go out of their way to make sure you are a satisfied customer.

Good people, good working style: I got help and all advices I need.

I had to return some LED bulbs and purchase another kind, so I headed to the return department and saw 2 women at the counter, so I put my return down and laid the items to be purchased near me. The woman's name was Stassey and she was wonderful. She told me that returns are actually on the other side and she looked to see if anyone was there because she didn't want to take anyone out of turn, which I can appreciate, since there was no one else there, she said she could return my items for me. I told her I am also buying things and she said no problem, I can do that here too. This was just a convenience for me because the checkout aisle was down the other end of the store. Stassey was pleasant, courteous and treated me kindly, she gave me her full attention, which is hard to get at stores these days, she was quick and accurate and she really knew her job. Stassey is great at her job and made my Home Depot experience wonderful!! Thanks for hiring such valuable people at Home Depot.

THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. VERY FRIENDLY AS IF WE KNEW HER FOR YEARS. THE CASHIER WAS FRIENDLY TOO. IT WAS A VERY PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE!!!
