I go to Home Depot for all my home repair and most remodeling needs. Most often their prices are better than the one across the street and they have what I need.

Had to purchase a lot of items for our home improvement project. Cut it close to home depot's closing time, but Ted and Jen were still very helpful and kind! Very thankful!

Dennis in the paint department was incredibly helpful as he walked me through the whole process to get my very first project underway! Thanks so much :) I’ll be back!

The Butler Home Depot has the absolute best customer service. Their employees are knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. I frequent many Home Depots in the area and prefer to go to the Butler location if I am an hour or less away just because they go out of their way to help. I always leave feeling so impressed.

Emoyees at Butler store are friendly and for the most part helpful. I have even been approached in the parking lot with an offer to help load my car with my purchases which were heavy and awkward. I have also experienced neglect when checking out windows where employees were chatting at desk I inquired about windows without an appt. Just told me what aisle and resumed chatting and joking. That situation is rare.

You can find stuff you need there. The people are pleasant when you talk to them. The store seems very clean. I will go here again because I live around here.

This is my favorite home improvement store and the only one that I shop at thanks to the wonderful staff!

I was very pleased with the amount of customer service at this time of the year. The associates were friendly and helpful. They took the time to look up were to find items like suction cups and showed me there selection. Unfortunately I didn't find the kind of suction cups that I was looking for to hang up my string lights. Overall I was well pleased with the service I received.

Bought snow blower sales person said free delivery have truck but said ok I asked 3 times if it was one on floor put together she assured me yes well 1 in crate showed up dropped off at end of driveway don't like being lied to

My cashier at the Butler location, Dawn, could use some work on her customer service skills. As a pregnant woman I could of spent the evening without being told how large I will be by my due date since I am already so large (as said per Dawn). I cannot fathom saying that to someone, whether I was pregnant or not.

Every time I go to this store, the electrical section has a person, named Brittany. She is very professional, knowledgeable and great. When you go to the Butler store, make sure you find her, she will make sure you have everything answered and needed for your project.

Jay at the Pro Service desk is a great employee who really takes care of you and is very friendly. See him if you are making large renovation purchases so you don't miss out on a great deal and great service!

The Home Depot employees are knowledgeable and helpful. They are women friendly-answer my questions in a manner I understand.

We just purchased 2 major appliances and the salesperson was very helpful and we were happy for the help . The store was very well stocked with a variety of appliances, so we had a good selection to choose from . We will definitely be back when we are in need of anything else . We did have a good experience there .

I recently purchased flooring and had a wonderful cashier suggest how to get more of a savings. Very appreciative of her suggestion. Then called a few days later to purchase a rug. The gentleman in flooring went above and beyond to help me purchase a rug over the phone.

Ordered double sink for a 1980 house

I went to Home Depot for a kitchen design. I talked to Keith Newman who designed the kitchen in my last home. He is absolutely great at what he does. He designed he perfect kitchen as well as staying under my budget. I highly recommend them.
