On this shopping experience I was unable to find any sod to plant in my yard.

I was very pleased with friendly associates and cleanliness of the store.

I am a middle aged woman with little experience fixing my home. These people are so nice, patient and helpful! I feel comfortable asking questions and getting materials. I like this store, it is big but well organised, and there is always someone ready to help.

My wife and I had one of the most friendliness experience ever, returning merchandise we don't need. The return associate was so nice and prompt. That we didn't even mind not being able to return two items. We were in and out of the return department and on our way shopping within five minutes. I picked up some supplies and my wife put together another project for us to do... Thanks again Home Depot we'll see you soon.

I was given a Toro lawn mower and needed to replace the belt. Although I had the manual, the sales associate, while helping another customer, assisted in trying to locate the item I needed, using his scanner to try to find the belt size, etc. Since the manual had no information/data regarding the belt, and rather than sell me a belt that may not have been compatible with my mower, he suggested I call the customer service number on the back of my manual and speak with them directly. This, I consider to be excellent customer service. He exemplified honesty rather than selling me a product that may not have worked. Although Home Depot sells Toro brand items, my lawn mower was an older model and such items are sometimes unavailable.

the store is well laid out and signage is adequate. the lighting is very good. product that i was looking for was readily available and easy to find.

Associate informed me of a rebate available from the local utility company which I was eligible for. I had been in a competitors store looking at a similar product and besides not knowing much about the product that salesman did not even mention the rebate program. I was pleasantly surprised when Home Depot had a slightly better price and then told me how I could save an additional $100.00.

This Home Depot is well designed in its layout, with plenty of knowledgeable employee to make your shopping experience better. You can find materials and products to do anything in home that you can think of. My projects have come out so nice, that some people say I paid someone to do it. All I know is if my wife is happy, that's good enough for me.. THANKS again Home Depot, Sensirly Emilio Lopez

Home Depot is like Toys R Us for adults and I LOVE IT!!!!

Due to previous less than pleasant experiences with the Home Depot closest to my home, I do a great majority of my shopping at Lowes. We have a large number of properties requiring merchandise from either your company or Lowe's. Yesterday, I chose to make my purchases at your location since it was close to our property requiring maintenance. What a pleasant surprise. All of your personnel were most helpful and attentive. The employee with whom I dealt with for most of my requirements was Angel. He was knowledgeable, helpful, knew his merchandise and assisted me in a most professional manner. He in particular should be commended for the manner in which he dealt with me. It is my belief that he most probably deals with all of his customers in the same manner. You are to be complimented for Angel as I am a firm believer that service to the customer comes from the top down.

The stores is always clean and there are always new and interesting products and sales to peruse... I came in for a refund during my visit and was taken care of right away with no problems or issues...Way to Go - Home Depot!

The store was clean, however the paint I purchase was not mixed correctly half way through my painting I notice that paint had a orange hue. And the paint I order was white. so it left orange streaks. I am not happy about that!!!!!!! So what are you going to do about that.
