Great store! Great new remodel for power tool section. All tools are much easier to find this way.

This Home Depot by far has the friendliest staff of any other Home Depot in my opinion !!! Thank you Angela the MOD and Meredith who helped me in doors for making my shopping experience a good one !!!

Bought a jigsaw two years ago and still going strong.

It may be a fluke but the customer service at this particular store needs to improve greatly

I requested help at the service desk and expected to be brushed off when I asked what other stores would have the cabinets I was looking for. I expected to have to go to each store to look for these items but Jay and Shekou were amazing help! They were both very personable and made the experience easier to get through. Thank you!!!

I walked in looking for 5 items for a DIY project I was doing at home and had my list. I was approached by the manager immediately asking if I needed any help I showed him my list and he told me the Isles that I was looking for and even helped me with an item they have on their website but not in the store and its being delivered to my home. Self-checkout was quick and I was in and out of the store in about 10 minutes or so. Great experience and I am definitely going back to this Home Depot if I need anything else.

I frequent this location the most due to its friendly staff. For the past 15 years we have spent countless hours in this large building of creativity. Thanks for being our neighborhood store!

ive been to this store quite a few times and rarely had a problem finding what i need always in stock even during the pandemic. i recommend this store to any one.

I recently went in to purchase peripheral stuff for my new dryer and water filters for my refrigerator. The service was great! I will definitely be going to Home Depot again! The associate I worked with was FANTASTIC!

I believe Josh H - Flooring - Mill work stood out to me because of his helpfulness when it can to a variety of things I needed for my projects. He made my shopping experience unexplainable I am very pleased by his efforts and would like to commend him for everything he offered from customer service to on the job knowledge. He deserves more than a raise and thanks but a new position to ensure that every employee renders his expert services.

There was a miscommunication on our order, but Evian went above and beyond to set things right and helped us to get it straightened out. He even referred us to another location that had what we needed.

I had a great experience today as I shop your store at the Cambray Dr. location in San Antonio, Texas. I was pleasantly greeted by an employee as I entered the store. Everyone I spoke to were helpful and friendly. I even got assistance as I began to check out in the self-service area. Albert, helped me by scanning the items for me which I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you for your service.

I bought a new washing machine and needed new hoses. I was pleased to find a set with a "blue" hose and a "red" hose to differentiate between the hot and cold water easily. The package contained two 4' hoses which was perfect for my application as these usually come in 5' lengths. The price was very reasonable too. Thank you home Depot !

When I went to check out there was no one at the only register in the store. The only registers open were self check out. This is not customer service.

What an outstanding pro desk team

Ok the products where readily available and easy to locate the staff where very helpful also this store was laid out differently than the store I'm used to going to but the staff took me to where i could get the item I needed.the cashier was very good at her job and needs a at a boy

The process is ongoing as I am going to have a security door installed. John Sutherland, the representative from the Louisiana who has been guiding me through this process is outstanding. I will keep you posted as it's and ongoing process.

The store needs to improve on training their employees correctly and have cashiers open so the employees won’t be walking on their phones!
