Normally I don’t write reviews but the customer service I got from joely was absolutely the best a customer can get! she helped me find and help look for a great price and as any customer knows pricing is a big deal and buying appliances can be overwhelming and she made the process so smooth and easy for me!!!

By far the most unprofessional associates I have ever encountered in a Home Depot. No carts available, and when I asked the associate at the door for a cart his response was, "If you want one go out in the parking lot and find one." Unacceptable.

Andy in Garden Center was so helpful and knowledgeable.I will be shopping at the Home Depot store from now on.

Cashiers are awesome and always willing to help. Store manager is helpful.

I will recommend home to every one that need to buy house equipment and even building material and plumbing materials.

I was robbed by your staff for my stencils I need to use at work. They stole my cell phone and refused to submit to my citizens arrest. I am disabled and it is unclear what damage was done to my business phone while in possession of the thief. Craig or Mariano.

Obviously, your on-line in-stock needs to be better managed by the 'manager in charge'--made even more obvious when staff says several other people were there for same item and they didn't have it the previous day, yet on-line still showed it available today. Requested help, someone was paged, were told the guy was cutting lumber, yet we were at the cutting station and no one was there. After 10 minutes, went up front, and the 'specialist' guy was loading boards, not cutting lumber, and not answering page. Realize times are different, but there were tons of other employees who could have stepped in to load boards and have the 'specialist' respond to help request. Fix your on-line inventory--2.5 hours of time/travel with same results is ridiculous in this era.

Overall, not a bad store. As with most HD it screams of needing more floor personnel available to answer questions. In this, very deficient. My experience has been a good product selection but more of a DIY self-help as when you need someone you have to walk through the entire store floor to get some attention and then pray they don't have an attitude. And I attribute this stress being caused by management as is obvious there is a lack of floor personnel. As opposed to a very few running around like Jack Rabbits.

At this Home depot there was no one around to help me with assistance. Employees were on ladders with boxes around them with no warning signs or blocked off areas to let customers know.

Window Depart for ordering shades is highly uneducated employees. I would never recommend anyone to place an order there. Home Depot definition of "window" is actually "shade", the the install amount is per "window" but actually per "shade" because some shades don't cover the full window which will require multi shades to cover one window. So the install is per shade not per window.

The employees are helpful . i feel safe when im in the store all employees wearing masks and costomers. And i love that the store provides hand sanitizer. Thank you 43rd ave camelback.

Busy store. The vast majority of the time, items are in stock. Hard to find people out on the floor to help, but when you do, most are quite knowledgeable. Staff has always been friendly. Place is clean.

Save your time and shop at a different Home Depot this Home Depot had no idea where the items that I needed were six employees cannot find them and I left the store after driving 20 miles out of my way and not getting what I needed

This store has almost always (97.5% of the time) had what I wanted/needed and was ready to help if I needed it.

My Old Home Refrigerator Died and I Hustled on over to this Store and was Lucky enough to run into Appliance Specialist Belen Ramirez. She almost did everything for me except Pay for the New Refrigerator that she helped me out with all the Details. I Highly Recommend The Home Depot for any and all your Home Needs
