Since I'm a tool guy, I think that moving tools to the front of the store was a good l. They are front and center from both entrances. Your store is always clean and nice and very welcoming. Our Albany, Oregon Home Depot has had a handicapped lady in a motorized chair that was their Greeter. She could direct you at the door or where ever you could catch her to the items you were looking for.

Friendly, good customer service. Associates always asking if you need help.

It is my favorite store because I visit so often and I am familiar with the location of most everything I use!! If I need help, the advice has always been pleasant, professional, and I have never been talked down to as if I didn't know what I was talking about!!

I ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot and it was going to take 8 days to be delivered. So I took the day off today (8th day) Saturday Nov 14, for delivery and installation. When I hadn’t heard by noon today I called. Guess what? The dishwasher had been back ordered and would not be delivered until December 15! That’s bad enough, but nobody called to tell me it was back ordered, I couldn’t believe it. I was so upset and I’m now absolutely disgusted with Home Depot.

This is a great Home Depot location. The employees are friendly and helpful and is staffed to help you. They always seem to have what I need and their prices are competitive with online alternatives, only you do not have to wait for it to be mailed to you!

This is my local store and I'm there very often. The store is always clean and neat and I've never had a disappointing interaction with any of the friendly, knowledgeable staff here. All good folks at #488. Can you do direct deposit with my five grand? ; )

During the COVID-19 restrictions, Home Depot offers ways to limit customers' exposure to others - and they do it well. You can place your order (and pay for it) online, select pickup (rather than shipping), then wait for an email letting you know it's ready. The email includes a link to their online app. When you arrive, you just park at one of their Curbside Pickup location (there are about 10), click the link, fill in the info (your location, auto make/model and cell#) and wait. Took about 4 minutes to have the order show up at my vehicle. Friendly and courteous person. Works smoothly - and no mask required. I plan to continue using Home Depot's Curbside pickup as long as it remains availab.e

Shelly is a store manger at this Home Depot and she is amazing in both her willingness to help and get the job done. She's also a very nice person. Great asset to the HD family.

Just got an unexpected over the top customer service experience by 'Awesome Ann' at HD last night. We had a damaged wheel barrow which needed a new tub. Tried to order the part and she said she could not do that, BUT then offered to exchange it for a new one. We spend a lot of money at HD and when the company does something like this, it makes you feel like a valued customer. Thanks, Ann and HD!
