I was very happy to see a number of plants offered at a reduced price that had been compromised by the heat. Often way too many plants at this site are just composted when they can be brought back to life with some tlc.

Best store in the world!! They are everywhere.. Just like us Mexicans lol... Very convenient!! Go go go

This is a great store except there was one thing missing that I used in the Denver, Colorado stores. There, I could go into the Home Depot app and find the location of items in the store through the app. I could not do that at this store. Please update your app to include store isle, shelf and bin locations of items searched for. This is a great help for customers and I’m sure your staff will appreciate not being bothered so much by customers trying to locate items in the store.

Just went through all check out I did 90% of the check out but you didn't pay me or reduce what it cost me. Don't give me the BS answer that this kept prices from going up even higher. You did it to for an increase in profit growth. An overworked employee helped on the 10% so thanks to HER not Corporate Greed. Off to ACE now you lost me.

I can usually find what I’m looking for, but when I can’t, it’s easy to find an employee who will direct me, or in some cases, take me to the exact shelf! That’s so helpful in such a large store.

I’ve been to this store and the Mira Mesa store countless times now. Both have excellent knowledgeable staff, and have been absolutely critical to my rental condo and my SFH remodels. There’s always a decent stock of everything I need, and a store layout style that promotes and gives me so many ideas on what to do next.

It would be nice if this service were available all the time.

Home Depot is the absolutely worst when it comes to the voracity of it's online claims of an item's availability in-store or otherwise. I visited and called 4 other Home Depots before getting to Carmel Mountain. By FAR the associate, "Luis in Plumbing", was THE MOST HELPFUL I have EVER encountered at ANY Home Depot. Where my experience has been that most associates are hard pressed to do the bare minimum, Luis went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. He physically looked for the item AND called various stores to request they do visuals as well. Alas, the item was sold out everywhere it seemed. I received a phone call maybe 10 minutes later with an excited Luis exclaiming that he had just found the last item by chance! The Carmel Mountain Home Depot is too far to be my primary store but I sure wish it wasn't. Every other Home Depot and it's associates can learn a valuable lesson from Louis in Plumbing at the Carmel Valley Home Depot!

Had an issue with a Ryobi product and Bev was able to resolve it for me. Took some patience on her part to get it done, but she did so with a smile and desire to help. Great job, Bev !

Right when walking in I was greeted with a big smile and asked if I needed assistance!!!

My garage fluorescent light was not working even after replacing the tube's. I got the answers I needed and fully explained. The associate was brought in from plumbing and was able to explain the problem and the options. Thus was at 2pm on July 3. I'm very satisfied, and trust I will get the right answers at home depot. Thank you!

All the employees who helped me were really friendly and knowledgeable! It made my whole trip much easier. The supportive praise I received for my project for a local school from cashier Lhaylalyn was especially amazing. Would for sure shop here again.

Some fun, caring and knowledgeable employees work here. But many totally suck at their job in particularly the caring part.

I have been shopping at Home Depot for ages, and only once did I encounter an impatient employee. Every other time the sales people were helpful and the product excellent.

We recently went to Carmel Mountain Ranch HD to purchase a long bulb for under the cabinets in our kitchen. One employee, Thomas was very helpful in aiding us in finding the correct bulb on this occasion although usually service can be spotty. The bathrooms are usually very clean. It's handy that they have self-checkout.

Rude employee. Asked for help she yelled and scolded me instead.

This is my favorite garden center in the area. I like the revolving variety of plants and flowers. I also love the friendly employees there. Joeseph and Robert are great help!

I had a large item return and Bev met me on the way in, chatted and thanked me for coming in as she processed my return. Great experience.

This Home Depot store is one of the friendliest I've seen. It always has everything to offer. I love the gardening section, love the hardware and tools, love the appliances department... basically this is my go-to place for everything I need to improve in my home.

Kim Grant in appliances helped me solve a complicated issue with a 7 unit apartment order that was a very large purchase. She calls back, answers her phone, and solved problems with financing and suggestions for certain appliances. She is a credit to this store. KIM GRANT ROCKS!!!

Young, entitled and rude best described my interaction with Sammie at the RB store. That she laughed at me and spun on her heel when I asked her why she kept the previous customers change points to a bigger problem at this company.

Every thing is clean and organized. I never have an issue finding employees to help me when my husband sends me in to get some items, I'm not familiar with. I also enjoy Joseph in the Garden area who is knowledgeable with all types of plants. But my main reason is Gargi, she is so patient and well informed I trust her with out a doubt.

Buying a number of items and went to the self-check to avoid the typical Carmel Mt bad attitude from the two or three more tenured cashiers (who mistakenly seem to feel they are in some position of control and authority) and the clerk providing "assistance" in the self check insisted on doing the check out for me. I mentioned I could do it and she said she would do it. I had 20 of the same item and she insisted on laying every single one of them out and scanning them individually instead just doing one and entering a "quantity of 20" on the scan gun. This happened with EVERY bunch of multiple items I had. This may come as a tremendous shock to Carmel Mt Home Depot "Management" but I have better things to do than to stand in line waiting and then waiting again at the check out because of this type of asinine foolishness. And so do the people waiting in line because of these unnecessarily SLOW checkouts. And if you ask about it or ask the just to enter a qualtity, then you get "the rude attitude." this Home Depot has traditionally been one of the worst retail outlets in the Southwest United States - and they go to great lengths to achieve that. Always walk out of that store irritated and without the things I came there to get due to bad inventory control.
