On a previous visit I had a plumbing issue, I was replacing my countertop, so I was talking to several people about different solutions to re-plumbing all of my sink fixtures as well as the garbage disposal and drain pipes. We got everything figured out. The new sink looks beautiful.

Nice store, old store, usually the employees here have good customer service experience and attitude.

I was very happy to see a number of plants offered at a reduced price that had been compromised by the heat. Often way too many plants at this site are just composted when they can be brought back to life with some tlc.

Not the largest HD in my area, but many excellent employees.

We are property managers who frequently purchases appliances. Vijay is extremely knowlegable and always willing to spend time going online to find the best appliance for our needs.

Maybe put the one person at the entrance to greet customers and direct them to the right shelf. Also assign helper if need.

Before I could even ask for help, an employee came up to me and asked if he could help. Then he found the bulb almost instantaneously.

Your system is the best. Military discount is Great. I’ve lived in Poway and Rancho Bernardo over 40 years. When your Store open it was better than North County County Fair! Thanks

I go to home Depot 4 to 5 times a week as a facility specialist for restaurant chain I am constantly in need of material. I like the Caramel Mountain store as it is a little bigger than other locations thus having a slightly larger inventory

I checked out different types of bulbs that are energy efficient. A young man named Luke helped us through all the choices.

In May 2024 I paid in full for 7 doors to be installed at our home. It is now February 2025 and only one door out of seven has been correctly installed and finished. No one knows what is going on, communication is very poor. Doors keep getting ordered, and reordered because they are damaged while shipping (HD claims they have no control over this). We have had 9 installation appointments scheduled, and installers only ever actually came for three of them because the materials were incorrect or damaged: you have to stay home from work on each of these appointments, as well. Big waste of time. Save yourself the hassle and pay a bit more for an actual door installation contractor who knows what they're doing. There is a reason HD is cheap: poor quality products shipped form China and poor service as well. Once they have your money (which they require 100% up front), good luck getting help.

At the check out , I had a gift certificate of $50 when I got home I saw that she took the $50 off after she had put the sales tax on. I know it’s only a couple dollars but it still upset me.

The worst’s Home Depot I went, the customer service was the worst, the employees they don’t want to help and they are complaining all the time, WORST experience in my life

The staff were awful - completely unhelpful and arrogant.

The staff was extremely welcoming my service animal and I when we arrived. Doing training with him I was given uninterrupted time and space while shopping. They pointed us in the right section for lumber and offer a quick check out experience,

Delivery process was totally unsatisfactory. I received an email that delivery would be made between 6:00 am and 8:00 am. After a few calls with no chance to talk to a live person delivery was made around 1:00pm. I never received a call that delivery was on its way. I did receive a call from a neighbor 6 houses away asking if I was expecting a BBQ. Luckily I purchased an assembled BBQ so I was able to push it down the street.

Carmel mountain store is the worst store, no associates on the floor can help customers, people can walk by and tell you I am not working on this department. Hope you guys understand, customers are the one to come and buy products, no customers equal no businesses

I had confirmed a time for a water sample. The employees never showed up. I took time off work because of this. They didn’t answer 4 phone calls asking where they were. Would recommend going to someone else and not wasting your time.

Best store in the world!! They are everywhere.. Just like us Mexicans lol... Very convenient!! Go go go

This is a great store except there was one thing missing that I used in the Denver, Colorado stores. There, I could go into the Home Depot app and find the location of items in the store through the app. I could not do that at this store. Please update your app to include store isle, shelf and bin locations of items searched for. This is a great help for customers and I’m sure your staff will appreciate not being bothered so much by customers trying to locate items in the store.

Just went through all check out I did 90% of the check out but you didn't pay me or reduce what it cost me. Don't give me the BS answer that this kept prices from going up even higher. You did it to for an increase in profit growth. An overworked employee helped on the 10% so thanks to HER not Corporate Greed. Off to ACE now you lost me.
