My garage fluorescent light was not working even after replacing the tube's. I got the answers I needed and fully explained. The associate was brought in from plumbing and was able to explain the problem and the options. Thus was at 2pm on July 3. I'm very satisfied, and trust I will get the right answers at home depot. Thank you!

All the employees who helped me were really friendly and knowledgeable! It made my whole trip much easier. The supportive praise I received for my project for a local school from cashier Lhaylalyn was especially amazing. Would for sure shop here again.

Some fun, caring and knowledgeable employees work here. But many totally suck at their job in particularly the caring part.

I have been shopping at Home Depot for ages, and only once did I encounter an impatient employee. Every other time the sales people were helpful and the product excellent.

We recently went to Carmel Mountain Ranch HD to purchase a long bulb for under the cabinets in our kitchen. One employee, Thomas was very helpful in aiding us in finding the correct bulb on this occasion although usually service can be spotty. The bathrooms are usually very clean. It's handy that they have self-checkout.

Rude employee. Asked for help she yelled and scolded me instead.

This is my favorite garden center in the area. I like the revolving variety of plants and flowers. I also love the friendly employees there. Joeseph and Robert are great help!

This Home Depot store is one of the friendliest I've seen. It always has everything to offer. I love the gardening section, love the hardware and tools, love the appliances department... basically this is my go-to place for everything I need to improve in my home.

Kim Grant in appliances helped me solve a complicated issue with a 7 unit apartment order that was a very large purchase. She calls back, answers her phone, and solved problems with financing and suggestions for certain appliances. She is a credit to this store. KIM GRANT ROCKS!!!

Young, entitled and rude best described my interaction with Sammie at the RB store. That she laughed at me and spun on her heel when I asked her why she kept the previous customers change points to a bigger problem at this company.

Every thing is clean and organized. I never have an issue finding employees to help me when my husband sends me in to get some items, I'm not familiar with. I also enjoy Joseph in the Garden area who is knowledgeable with all types of plants. But my main reason is Gargi, she is so patient and well informed I trust her with out a doubt.

Buying a number of items and went to the self-check to avoid the typical Carmel Mt bad attitude from the two or three more tenured cashiers (who mistakenly seem to feel they are in some position of control and authority) and the clerk providing "assistance" in the self check insisted on doing the check out for me. I mentioned I could do it and she said she would do it. I had 20 of the same item and she insisted on laying every single one of them out and scanning them individually instead just doing one and entering a "quantity of 20" on the scan gun. This happened with EVERY bunch of multiple items I had. This may come as a tremendous shock to Carmel Mt Home Depot "Management" but I have better things to do than to stand in line waiting and then waiting again at the check out because of this type of asinine foolishness. And so do the people waiting in line because of these unnecessarily SLOW checkouts. And if you ask about it or ask the just to enter a qualtity, then you get "the rude attitude." this Home Depot has traditionally been one of the worst retail outlets in the Southwest United States - and they go to great lengths to achieve that. Always walk out of that store irritated and without the things I came there to get due to bad inventory control.

Weekend enjoyment when shopping in the Gardening Department is a delight. We always try to say hello to Joseph and Rodrick and now Candice. Delightful, knowledgeable and helpful employees.

All the supply and professionalism you’d expect from Any Home Depot, but the added customer service jewels of Mr. Charlie and Kiarah make this location stand out above the others. Speak to them yourselves, you will not be disappointed!

I had items to bring back GARGI is top notch on getting things sorted out and getting me on my way , I wish they were all Like her

Very busy Nursery department but that didn't stop the Clerk from answering my questions and encouraging additional product. Landscape ideas ended up being reasonably priced. Other Nurseries would have been hundreds more.

My wife and I found Austin, an associate in the HD Millinjg/Door Department, to be very knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and eager to help us in selecting the right interior slab door product. He sent a great deal of time with us explaining the products, the installation process and what we really needed to understand. A great HD employee!

The writing guidelines ask us to avoid writing about customer service issues but I got sent here after responding to the note on my receipt that asks, "DID WE NAIL IT?" They didn't! It seems like every time I go to this store I spend more time in the checkout line than I do shopping.

I have shopped for appliances in a number of stores and locations. Mark, at this store, was by far the most helpful.
