Home Depot has given me the best value and their representatives have given me the most confidence as a woman. I know what I am talking about and they are not trying to take advantage of me.

I recently shoped at Home Depot Carmel Mt Ranch. Great experience, service and products.

Kim and Mario are great associates. I had a rusting paint can from another paint dealer. Mario suggested that I purchase a new can and Kim suggested that I strain the old paint into the new can. Kim actually did this for me and recommended a rubber pouring device for future use. They both also took the time to make sure that all my paint (remember from another dealer) was saved and then took the time to stir the paint. They then told me how to store my paint(s) in the future so that the cans would not rust. Could not have asked for better assistance.

I got what I needed and for the spur of the moment, the associate got me to where I needed to be and I made my decision from there. The holiday season is upon us and after Black Friday deals and the rest of the weekend, I almost expected it to be worse, but it was mildly chaotic, yet still easy to get in and around and it was still easy to find what I needed.

The people at Home Depot have always been courteous, helpful and very professional.

Great experience! I saw the artificial Christmas tree I wanted Black Friday morning. Got online and bought it a couple hours later, so I could earn travel points via my travel club. Good thing I did because they were selling out quickly before I could get back. The online process was great and I even called to find out if I could pick it up earlier than 2 hours from the time of online purchase. Everything went very smoothly AND I got closer to yet another paid vacation! Thank you!!

When I was finalizing my purchase in the Appliance department, an employee Marisela, went out of her way to make sure I was getting the full discount based on the sale. As buyer, I didn't notice that I wasn't getting the full discount that was advertised but she brought it to my attention. With the help of Glenna at checkout, I walked out of the store knowing that I received the best customer service possible.

I was looking for several boxes of LED Retrofit kits. Steve was on top of his game, knew exactly where the additional stock was (on a different aisle) and quickly pulled more down for me. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks.

I bought almost everything for my home remodeling from here. I did shop around before I made my purchase decision. I went to MIRAMAR STREET too. But home depot is the best. The quality, price and options are better than the other places. I chose here for another important reason-the return policy and customer service after sale. It makes me confident to make purchase here.

Easy, and great service by Sharon, went for paint and spent over $120.00 on the tools set out in the asile, told my wife not to allow me in there any more!

I could not find the 8-ft step ladder on my own, so I showed a clerk the ladder on the Depot website. He determined that it was on aisle 40, bin 2 and pointed it right out, helped me load it onto a shopping cart. The cashier helped me check out at a self-checkout station, and I was out of the store right away. No waste of time and courteous service.

Enjoy shopping at this store. The employees are helpful, but I do have to remind some of the cashiers to about the discount when using the Home Depot credit card. Other than that the store is clean, well lit and generally the store is well stocked.

Have shopped in Carmel Mountain Ranch Home Depot many, many times over the past several months buying a new house and fixing it up and selling my old house and fixing it up prior to putting on the market. All of my visits have been great with the store mostly always having the items that I needed and getting great service. During my most recent visit Josh in Customer Service was very helpful and I appreciated his excellent service! All of the HD employees have been very helpful during my many visits over the past many months!

I have been shopping at this Home Depot for years. An associate who normally handles returns, whose first name begins with a "G" and ends with an "I" is outstanding! She is always friendly and goes out of her way to be pleasant and helpful!

Everyone is always in a good mood and does an excellent job of taking care of me and my staff anytime we are in the store and even when we call in orders. Orders are correct and on time. Would recommend this store.

I have gone to most of the Home Depot locations throughout San Diego but this location is my favorite. This location always has employees nearby to help and answer questions. I never have to hunt an associate down for help. The location is clean and the check out registers move quickly. I recommend this location. I always have a good experience when I shop here.

Steve was such a huge help in showing me how to set up a lamp. He was super friendly and went out of his way to help. Iman helped check me out and she had all the things I wanted ready for me to check out after I returned with the lamp. They were amazing and made my shopping tonight easier.
