What a great store! The management are always helpful and the workers as well. Very knowledgeable.

The employees in the flooring department were phenomenal, extremely helpful. Found the cashiers very helpful, store was clean and tidy.

This store is in a very good location, and you can receive very good advise on your lawn, plants and other services that you go there to receive My family love going there great service and very efficient. Easy to find things you need in this store it has a good store lay out.

If you want to shop at a store that all the employees really care about you, then this store is the one. I have never had a problem finding anything I wanted to buy. The employees Are always ready to help you with whatever you need. The store is always stocked with products. No matter what you are looking for, an employee will tell you are even take you and show you where it is. They always ask if there is anything else you need.

Super friendly Installer named Bruce in Flooring. He was kind and great. You should be proud to have him on your staff.

Great personal service from "Buffalo Gal" Annette. Needed a few items for house I'm remodeling; so I stopped by for a couple Snicker bars, a cup o' joe, and found Annette who personally took me aisle by aisle until my "get" list was full. Thanks, Annette. Maybe GM Paul should utilize you more?

Love my local Home Depot! Just had another great experience with Bruce in flooring! He gave guidance in selecting new flooring for my living room and dining room without any pressure. He let me make my own decisions, and answered all of my questions. They always have the item I am looking for when I go there, and there is always a friendly associate willing to direct me.

Being recent transplants from the Boston area, I was very impressed with the size of the store and the amount of product you sell. The cleanliness of the store was amazing..your garden center impressive. Like most businesses these days, sometimes it's hard to always get the right people with a truly good work ethic, but for the most part you seem to do a fairly good job. I wouldn't let the fact that a couple of employees we were going to ask for help but who turned and walked away when eye contact was made stop me from coming back to this location. Your store just pulls you back.

My husband and I are helping our son place a new ceramic tile flooring in his home after it was flooded from a broken pipe. Bruce in Flooring was especially helpful with some of or design questions and informed us about many of the products that would streamline the process.

I'm so grateful that my floors had a residue left on them, (huh??) I guess from cleaning with the wrong product. My installer told me to go to Home Depot and use Zep. I proceeded to the Dale Mabry store, and ironically when I looked up at the tile samples...I found "The One" for my new dream kitchen backsplash! I had been searching all week. Bruce, in flooring, was the kindest associate and right away came over to help me with the heavy boxes. He also 1..2..3..went online and ordered enough to complete the job. Very smooth transaction, very pleasant man. Thank you!!

The personnel are always courteous and helpful. They have a great selection of items and they are stocked. I have never left the store without what I came looking for.

I have found the employees to be accessible when I needed to ask questions. The employees care and are knowledgeable. I am greeted when entering the store and I am thoroughly satisfied with this location On my third trip today the service desk called Rick to help me with a wiring question. Good prices and a lot of merchandise.

The closer you get to closing the fewer knowledgeable employees available to help you and the problem is even worse on weekends.

I arrived about 20 minutes before closing to purchase a patio table and chair set. Kathy was very helpful and quick to assist me making the purchase. I thought I had to assemble the set, but Kathy told me of HD's free assembly service. I was delighted, She also told me the assembled table and chairs could be delivered for $20. Once again I was delighted.

I was impressed with Doug that helped us in the wood section. We came in 20minutes before closing on a Friday night. I basically knew what product I needed but really was hoping to have it cut for me. I was expecting to catch a little attitude from someone for having to fire up 2 different saws minutes before closing. I can't say I would have totally blamed them if I did. However, I was very pleasantly surprised to find Doug extremely helpful and very willing to assist me. Not only did he make the cuts for me, he also found an imperfection in one piece and suggested I grab a different one to replace it instead of rushing to get out of there. Thanks Doug!!
