I love shopping at this Home Depot because it always has what I want and the employees are always helpful.

I ran into an issue with an item that I purchased and Shante from customer service was called to the register. She was attentive and fair. She listened to the issue, did her investigation and in the end, did the right thing to keep the customer satisfied. Shante is an asset to this HD location!

I bought 3 weeks ago, first Stove that was delivered was damaged. Took 1 week to get a replacement! Next stove that was delivered was to include an LP Conversation Kit, GRLP5 Kit. The kits are NOT available and the Stove can not be used! We have been without a stove for 3 weeks so far! It is costing us a lot to eat out. What does THE HOME DEPOT SAY? Get with Frigidaire! Frigidaire said the LP Conversation Kit, GRLP5 has been backordered for the last 4 months! I have NO stove or oven to cook!! WHAT IS THE HOME DEPOT GOING TO DO?

Had everything I came for and more. Was very pleased with this Home Depot.

The items are easy to see

We went to the Carolwood store to purchase materials for a garden box. We were uncertain exactly what to buy, however both Mona and Chris helped with material selection and cutting of the wood to our specifications. So nice to know you can get a job done right!

Home Depot always has a vast selection of products that I can shop through.

Our family was making a large purchase for a kitchen upgrade. Dawn in Appliances was friendly and knowledgeable. And resolved an issue that started online, passed through customer service and she was patient and determined to help us resolve.

Cashier Christi has great customer service as well as two others on the sales floor that assisted me in finding the supplies I needed

The employee Matt that assisted us in our purchase was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Paula was the cashier and was very pleasant and accommodating making sure our product was loading without a wait.

One of your clerks, "Gennie" greeted me at the door and offered to help me find what I was looking for. I am a senior and needed to purchase 3 40 lbs bags of Sun Gems softener salt. Gennie loaded the three bags into my cart, took the cart to customer service so I wouldn't have to walk so far to pay. Then she took the cart outside to my car and loaded the bags into my trunk. I have never had such friendly and helpful service from anyone else. This is the place for seniors to shop.

Great projects and great CS

I visited the store to return a light bulb for my microwave, which was to large. Sandy not only efficiently handled the return/refund, but cheerfully offered to help me find the right one. She succeeded. It may seem like a small gesture, but it was huge to me. So happy to check this errand off and check out with a smile.

The employees at this store are very friendly and helpful everytime I visit. I especially had a great experience with 2 employees when returning a lot of items I didn't use for my home remodel. Sandy and Dawn at the returns desk are very friendly, professional, and patient and I appreciate their assistance.

I once again had a great experience with the Assistant Store manager Pamela. Whenever there is an issue she is quick to listen and resolve the problem. I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of great customer service.

Aisle and Bay listings on web-search results are excellent, as I was able to find the item I needed straight away without asking staff member for assistance.

Roberto in Electric helped me on two separate occasions to ensure I bought the right ballast for a flourescent light at church. Very grateful for his help and expertise.

Garden Center…. Over 20 people in line outdoors with ONE cashier. After 10 minutes a second cashier opened her register. There was a third register that was closed. Sunny, 86 degrees and hot. Bring shade and water with you.

HD says has policy of not allowing payments with Store Credit not issued to you, not even your spouse, so they keep the money. Also, if you get gift certificate, and happened to return item, you get Store Credit, and can’t get gift card, therefore locking the money to only one person.

Every time I come to Home Depot I am able to find someone to give me location directions or advice on my current project supplies. Majority of employees at least greet me when passing one another.I find that each section provides me not only with what I am looking for but a variety of options I may have never known about otherwise. If that confuses me, there is usually someone within an aisle or two to help with more information/directions..

i went into store at 12noon. very busy.vicki the worker was doing something,i asked a question where is certain item ,she stopped what she was doing and walked me back to item.very helpful.i asked if i could pay at service desk debbie took care of me right away.
