Once again the employee was exceptional and guided me through the entire process to complete my purchase. With his assistance I was able to purchase all items required and desired for my purchase. The store is relatively clean and employees attempt to provide assistance some are more knowledgeable than others.

Employees are knowledgeable about products and locations helping me save time. Cashiers are prompt and efficient. When I am in the area I enjoy shopping at this HD store.

Store is busy, has plenty of products to assist with most home improvements or upkeep. Staff is friendly. I do most of my shopping at this location.

I found the products I was looking for and was asked by workers there if I found everything I was looking for. Actually, one employee did help me find a particular item I was looking for and was very helpful in giving me ideas. There were plenty of selections of the items I was looking for and the store was very clean and signs posted to guide me to where I wanted to go. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly.

Fast & Efficient service

Great store and usually enjoy shopping at Home Depot but last Saturday 2/10 I was approached by no less than 3 vendors selling water softeners, air conditioners and solar roofs. Hard to think about what I actually came in the store for while being approached so many times about items I didn’t need or want.

Besides the fine selection of products, Fernando, the cashier was exceptionally helpful, professional, and personal with regards to questions I had. Delightful to come across staff members like him. Thanks Fernando!

WE LIKE THE WAY TEAM MEMBERS WORK TOGETHER TO HELP CUSTOMERS. INSTEAD OF POINTING YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION, MOST OF THE TIME THEY WALK YOU TO THE CORRECT ISLE AND TRY TO LOCATE AN ASSOCIATE TO HELP YOU. AFTER YOU HAVE COMPLETED YOUR SELECTION WE ARE OFTEN ASKED IF FURTHER ASSISTANCE IS NEEDED.

Friendly staff, very helpful, very knowledgeable

When it comes to shopping for DYI projects or renovation supplies this is the store of choice for it's great selections, helpful personnel and price. If you are about to perform a project or in the middle of one, this is an excellent place to shop. You'll find what you're looking for quickly in the well organized and well lit isles and shelves. There is always a friendly attendant with their name on the apron ready to help if needed.

I’ve always enjoyed excellent service at this store. Recently I’ve purchased carpet on two separate occasions and both times the staff of the flooring department exceeded expectations. Diane and Art were a great help as well as Annette at Customer Services. Thanks to all for a job well done.

Took no time at all to locate just what we needed because of the friendly and helpful assistance of the home depot employees.

This store has friendly staff that are willing to help you find and get the products you need. There is rarely a long line at checkout. The customer service department is always helpful.

The store is nice and functional, however, the parking lot is horrid. In my opinion, it is poorly organized as far as the location of the enter and exit isles to the street. I consistently have issues moving around this parking lot and always fear a collision is highly likely. I have determined when exiting the store/parking lot that it is best to travel to the north through the adjacent retail stores parking areas to safely get out. Please update the parking area.

The Carrollwood Store is not the closest to my home, but I like it more because the employees are very friendly and useful. Some of the names I can mention are Vanesa, Maria, Julio, Tom I visit it at least once a week and am always satisfied with the attention, competitive prices and good supply in this store.

This is one the better home depots in the bay area.

Overall the Carrollwood location is the best in Tampa as they always greet you with a smile, provide options to your subject and invite you back while wishing you a great day.

The store has a very good selection of products for home, quality and service. Friendly service so I can have the home of my dreams. I consider that continue buying in your store.

JUST VISITED THIS STORE TODAY. THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.

An excellent store with employees that care about the customer and are very helpful and friendly....and patient.

Even at 9:45 PM on a Thursday, the cashier was willing to go out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. That is what customer service should be.
