This store didn’t honor the price that was above the product that I needed. I took a picture of it and told three employees about the product coming up as $10 and $4 one of the employees went back and took the price down and said no he would not honor. I asked to speak to a manager. They said the manager was in a meeting. I end up buying one just to do the survey to let you know how the store makes mistakes and don’t honor to make a customer happy first and last time coming

I bought these last year and they are during great.

Combative employees, low end products and no help getting the materials that require assistance from associate. I have to assume that it is the neighborhood. I don't have this problem at other stores.

It is so good to have Excellent Customer service right in our own Community.

I'd like to say that Tabitha gave really good customer service! She was very patient with me and also very nice.

Went in to get a key made the lady at the key machine was very nice and polite at that time. I went to pick up a few more home items. I also picked up a Gerber multitool got to the counter paid for everything walked out. The alarm was still on the multitool they go back inside 4 employees could not get it off then they tell me go walk back wherever you got this from and bring up more to see if we can deactivate it so I did. I’m standing there 15 minutes go by. No one says anything then I said what’s going on. They said oh let’s get back on this. They finally got the alarm off and before they gave it back to me they screamed down to the cashier and said did he pay for this already ? OMG

The store has deployed noise to likely deter loitering in the area and as a customer I find this unwelcoming. Nobody wants to visit a store and be bombarded with constant buzzing. If loitering is an issue, hire security and turning the boise machine off otherwise I will reconsider visiting this location.

I was helped with locating the proper and correct item I needed by the sales associate whos name was Mohammad. He was very knowledgeable and Informative as he explained the differences between what I thought I needed and what I actually needed. If not for him I would have had to make extra trips back to the store in order to complete this task because I purchased the wrong items

I had a pleasant experience at the Home Depot on Cascade. We were greeted by a pleasant cashier who was engaging and knew how to help us. We were able to find what we need in a timely manner and check out was a smooth and simple process.

Nice job with the layout of the garden center and the employees that keep it up!

With the exception of a few, Cascade is ghetto, lack of care and service. You have a select few of people that values customers and several unprofessional ones.

I bought several refrigerators, while they were on sale. I'm might glad that I did. There was a price increase. It was more than what I could afford to pay.

I bought my refrigerator here and had the friendliest sales person, I think her name was Nanette or Babette. She greeted me and helped me from start to finish. Great experience!!

I always enjoy my trips to the Home Depot for home and lawn products.

Eddie was very helpful and friendly in assisting me with me purchases.

I first must thank Mr. Keith! The first 2 times I shopped at the Cascade location he stopped to ask if I needed help and I did. He not only helps but goes above and beyond in looking for stock along with escorting to the correct aisle. On subsequent trips, it does not matter what aisle I am on, I look up and hear his voice asking if I need help. I also notice a change in the store overall from prior years where it is always clean, all staff greet you and are available to help.

Home Depot is one of my favorite places. It's like a field trip. I especially appreciate the fact that they employ senior citizens.

I needed to replace the light bulb in my oven. I selected the wrong bulb and a very wise Home Depot employee encouraged me to search for a better size. With the help of another Home Depot employee, I found the perfect bulb! I’m very thankful.

I haven't yet had the opportunity to install the hardscape material I bought, but I hope to soon.

Have yet to receive my purchase. It has been delayed twice and they would not cancel the order and refund my payment

When checking out the employee did not greeting me , was talking with a coworker did not look up just started scanning my items, it’s where ever there amount was. Did not ask me if I wanted a bag for my items . No thank you. Poor customer service …This was in the garden department

Ryan was beyond helpful and helping me find the pop-up canopies, getting me the information I needed, and even offering to carry the box to the check stand. I've never had a Home Depot employee go above and beyond like that. Give that young man a raise!
