This store never fails to live up to their reputation of having the worst customer service hosted by the rudest employees. Although I shop at Home Depot multiple times a week I try to avoid this location at all cost and on the rare occasions where I must shop here they are worst than the time before. This store needs new management, new employees and better training. I feel as if they are trained to give black people a hard time because I receive the best service in the predominantly white locations but at this store its the worst. The manager Eugene refused to speak with me and the cashier Tatedra aka D.B is unbecoming of anything professional and courteous don't shop here.

The price rung up was higher than the price on displayed in store for the item. Sales rep was able to resolve it.

Shania in the appliance dept was so very professional and helpful. She knew her stuff and gave me all information I needed. People say alot about out young kids, but this young lady was very professional and represented the company well. Thank you Home Depot for hiring this young lady.

I got some really good prices on my outdoor needs, especially the mulch and brick pavers. Felt like a winner coming home.

I visited the Cascade Home Depot on last evening to purchase mulch for my front yard. After driving to the garden area for it to be loaded into my car, my passenger front tire suddenly went flat, all the way down to 0 psi. After becoming aware of my distress, one of the managers, Guy, intervened and asked Brian to come over. Brian calmed my nerves and assured me that everything will be fine. He asked me to drive slowly over to the lumber side of the store. Needless to say, I was very hesitant because I did not want to damage the rim. He assured me that it will be fine and walked alongside keeping an eye on it as I very slowly drove over to that side of the store. Once there, Brian went into action to locate the hole in my tire. He found it, added air and plugged the tire! (with the tire repair kit that I purchased inside the store). Angels are not only in Heaven, but also in Home Depot! I am very grateful for the outstanding customer service. Just simply superb! I offered to compensate Brian for the added labor and he said to do a good deed for someone else and to have a blessed evening…just how an angel would respond. Thanks so much to Home Depot for hiring customer service champions like Guy and Brian!!!

I love my neighborhood Home Depot. Although inventory can be low, it’s no fault to the store because supply and demand are low all over but the customer service at this location puts a smile on my face every visit.

I went to Home Depot on Cascade Road. I have not always had the best shopping experiences there but the changes that have been made and the exceptional customer service by Ms. Tammi Brooks has reinvigorated me to continue shopping there.

I purchased a Glacier Bay bathroom faucet fixture for my hallway bathroom upstairs. The price was good as well as the quality. Several of my faucet fixtures are made by Glacier Bay and they have very durable. Also, they look good.

Location services The Atlanta Cascade home depot is precisely located in the Best place for Residents from miles around.And conveniently stocked from laundry detergent to skid steer. So check them out.

Couldn’t find black 48 inch paper blinds and the lady went out her way in looked in the overhead Inventory

Now that you are prohibiting customers from coming in the exit, please hang LARGE SIGNS outside explaining this. Also, hang LARGE SIGNS overhead telling people where is self checkout. Even painting instructions on the floor might help. Your employees must give out the same information too often.

There are too many employees standing around check out areas talking and nit working while lines grow long

This is the only Home Depot I dread to go to. I only go there when I have a job in the are and forget something because I try to stop by another Home Depot before I get to the area. The employees are NOT very friendly to the point where they were trying to charge me for the complementary masks. If you’re trying to return something, this is the ONLY location that has ever given me a hard time. I try to avoid this store at all cost
