Employees were helpful and efficient. It was a great shopping experience.

Never will I return to this store again. The employees are incompetent and condescending. Someone needs to have a talk with them about what customer service actually means. They are grossly over staffed at the pro desk as well. They are always sitting down in their cell phones, not doing actual work.

Everytime I visit, I'm always greeted and asked if I need help. The times I do require assistance, a friendly and professional team member has always been more than helpful.

I went into the store looking for a self-propelled lawn mower that my 11 year old grandson could use to mow my lawn. We had two picked out. Told Christian how big property was that it was hilly and for an 11 year old boy. He took the time to read the two different ones and told us his opinion.

This Home Depot has excellent customer service. Especially Bob Mandich in appliances came to us as soon as we enter his section of the store asked if we needed help and them followed up with helpful tips when we said we were going to just check somethings out on our own. He let us do just that but would check in and followed up with remember "I'm right here if and when your ready." no pressure just helpful tips. We were grateful for his help

On the night of June 22, 2023, I entered Home Depot and received the best customer service I have ever had anywhere! When I had a question, I didn't have to look far. They came right over and asked me if I needed help instead of waiting for me to ask. Not one, but multiple people were helpful, friendly, kind, and informative.

Casey is a valuable member of the kitchen design department. During our initial phone conversation, she proved to be immensely helpful, addressing all of my inquiries with great care. Our second meeting focused on reviewing my selection of a quartz countertop and determining the ideal sink, faucet, REO system, and garbage disposal. Throughout the process, Casey exhibited remarkable patience and an extensive understanding of the subject matter. Her expertise left a lasting impression on me, and I would enthusiastically recommend her services to my family and friends who are considering kitchen renovations.

I would definitely highly recommend Mr. Mandich, appliance salesman, who assisted me with my appliance purchases, Very knowledgeable, and made my purchase a pleasurable experience.

I am not only very pleased with my purchase but also my shopping experience at this particular Home Depot. The professionalism displayed by the employees could be classified as "above and beyond" the norm because it was excellent. There is nothing about my trip to this Home Depot that was off, wrong, bad or disappointing. It was a wonderful shopping experience, which is quite refreshing in this day and age.

The customer service was amazing. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly. Everyone working was so positive and supportive. One employee Dan helped us weigh the pros and cons of different brad nailers. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared personal experience. We ended up going with the more expensive battery powered one. Never once did we feel he was trying up sell us, he just genuinely wanted to get the right tool for our project.

I love how HD in general takes care of Veterans, from special parking to special discounts. However, this store has a number of special veterans who always go out of their way to make sure customers get just what they want/need. Well done!!

We got a new water heater from Home Depot. I had a person call me right away and she asked a few questions and said they could put i in the next day. Not only did they put it in they were ON TIME. The service man went right work and we had a new heater and hot water iin an hour. Also getting new flooring and the man who came out to measure on a Sunday was ON TIME too. 5 Stars They will be getting all my business.

I lost my cell phone because I let it slip out of my pocket. The guys there made a special effort to find and return it ito me.

While shopping for materials, employees assisted me locating my needs. To simplify my purchase, the materials I bought required cutting, to length and width. Service was efficient and expedited, and done without complaint.

Awesome staff, every employee has its unique personality. Store is very organized. Everyone is very helpful. Management and pro desk are very caring and motivated. Always willing to help. I love this branch. I went to different homedepot locations but this is my favorite.

My husband and I could not figure out how to use the ratchet tie downs we purchased, and Michael M. came outside and helped us prep our van with the tie downs so we could head home.

Lady at self checkout walked up didn’t say anything and started scanning my items I said oh this is self checkout? She continued to scan and throw the items back in the cart not even in a bag!! Which yes could fit. The other worker and herself did NOT do this to anyone else. I felt racially profiled and judged. I am uncomfortable coming back to this store with this woman working there. She had an attitude & was rude when I asked why she was doing this and she wouldn’t move for me to bag my items. Took more time than it should at self checkout. Could’ve went to a regular register.

About two years ago, we began shopping at the Castleton, IN Home Depot store. Everyone is friendly. Everyone knows their department. They truly help. I have never been disappointed

I visited the store to get a new storm door; and got to see all the beautiful Christmas trees with their many beautiful lights. What a refreshing sight. I loved it!!
