I ACTUALLY HAD FUNNING SHOPPING FOR A CHANGE

Always have a great shopping experience. Matt Eleanor and Abdus always make my shopping they’re easy. They know me by my first name. Always ask if I need help. The only thing I would suggest is get the orders out of the isles. But the employees do help us move carts out of the way. As Home Depot gets more and more phone calls and phone orders it seems like there will be more and more orders in the way. I suggest an outside carport or small warehouse to put all the phone orders get them out of the isles.

The item I bought was as described on the HD App. I will be using this table in many ways.

I purchased a full height backsplash for an agreed price Then all of a sudden the price tripled. We decided to do a different backsplash than originally quoted. I was charged for the original quote and the second quote.

Floor and ceiling trim, tall toilet, tub surround.

Needed custom windows, Matt and John both assisted me and figured out the best approach and solution to the project, excellent service, incredible knowledge, first visit, beginning of many

Whenever I go into Home Depot in Catskill, I’m always greeted and at some point while I’m just mosey around either just seeing what is new there or looking for something specific. I’m never bothered by an employee, but I am asked if I need any help finding something and that’s always a nice thing

Any staff I came into contact with were very professional, polite and friendly, offering assistance. The staff member in self-check out was professional, polite, friendly and ensured my checkout went smoothly!

No one cares about a customer in this store. They keep passing the ball to someone else. Nobody knows. That’s all I hear

The Home Depot store in Leeds New York is a very good place to shop. They have alot of merchandise and the workers there are very helpful they go the extra mile to make sure you find just what you need.

The staff at this store and reading and willing to assist customers. And, to boot, they’re polite. My favorite Home Depot.

The garden department was unattended and the gate was closed. Requiring shoppers to bring numerous cart loads of plants and supplies the entire length of the store while outside. Very annoying and this has been a common situation this year. I would not be surprised to hear people are just putting the plants in their cars and driving away without paying.

Love the garden area!!! Great indoor plants too!

I generally not a fan of warehouse type stores that overwhelm you with so many choices. But honestly my Home Depot makes it so easy to find the things you need quickly and efficiently. The Associates are always willing to help with any questions or concerns you may have and if you can't find something they will gladly find it for you. They greet you with a smile will help you out to the car with your purchase if needed. Clean store,knowledgeable staff, great prices all in one place? Win Win for everyone!! Thank you Home Depot!

We had a great experience at the Catskill Home Depot. Staff were friendly and helpful. We purchased everything we needed and they made our visit pleasant.

I like this store. It's clean and organized. They always seem to have what I'm looking for and the staff is very helpful. I don't mind driving there from Ravena.

I usually have a good experience here unfortunately the past few times have been frustrating. Lamar/Melanie are terrible and it seems impossible to actually get a product that is in the store but not on the shelf. The few lazy employees here have really ruined this store. I would like to say all the other employees are always a pleasure to deal with.

I find the people that work in this store are kind, professional and help you when you need. What is also nice is if they don't know the answer they don't read the package, but try to find someone who does know.
