This store seems to be much better organized than the one in Kingston. Although they could probably do a better job on keeping floors cleaned and carts out of middle aisle.

Clean, plenty of space for social distancing, very cautious about covid-19, and plenty of products in stock! Great deals, coupons, and discounts for opening a home depot card. We love this store!

Was trying to purchase a large amount of laminate flooring which was online order only. Pallet purchases were no issue, it was the loose boxes that the system wouldn't ship to my store but rather directed me to order and pick up in a different store an hour away. I went to the Catskill store figuring they could help me with the order. The flooring saleswoman ran into the same issue with online ordering. She then searched for the amount if flooring I needed in a different way within the system and was able to have all 81 cases delivered to the store at a cheaper price. She saved me close to $500. Very pleased and will be stopping back for the next remodeling purchase.

A well-stocked location with helpful employees who are knowledgeable.

Many the staff members were disinterested about actually helping. There only a few staff members that will go out of their way to help like Manny, Darin, Gabby, Brian, George and a few others. If you need true help look for one of them. ( They will be the associates walking towards you not away.)

I found what I needed Immediately and the checkout was quick and the clerk reminded me about my Military Discount !

This store has consistently has staff members who are helpful, friendly, and competent. Today, I was trying to solve a problem with an order than I had made on-line. I needed an item for my upcoming birthday. Three staff members, including the Assistant Manager, helped me to get the solution that would allow me to get the needed item in time. Additionally, two staff wished me happy birthday, with sincerity! I walked out of the store smiling. This store is always clean.

This store had one of the most helpful and friendly staffs I've ever experienced. They were helpful in finding what we needed, helping with selection and checkout was smooth and quick.

Generally, the staff are friendly and helpful. Rarely crowded and well stocked. Machine equipment rental desk is not always staffed by a trained employee so be prepared for a wait if the main rep is at lunch. Online reservation page defaults to a home depot in Georgia. : 0

Store clean .people very helpful

The plant/trees department was well stocked on busy Memorial Day Weekend in spite of the COVID shortages! Very friendly employees - everyone was masked and very helpful. Always buy my plants at Home Depot for the season

I feel like I have to give a decent review. If I don't then if this store closes then I have to go to Catskill to go to Lowe's.

The store is always the best including the staff

The new process of going in one door and out another was wasting time as I had to push flat table cart from one end of parking lot to the entrance to store then push it all the way back through store to get the wood i needed then the way you had to weave around to get out was a hassle with 12' boards and carts sitting in the way . The gate was across exit going straight out of building.this also creates a fire hazard if something happens in store
