I have been creating a beautiful yard that includes hardscape, landscape as well as specialty tools. The Home Depot and the C/S is fantastic.

We ordered major appliances, and they were delivered and installed in 3 days

I'm a truck driver, helping our country out and most people hate us and judge us and don't appreciate us , but your store did several employees thanked me for the sacrifice I make to make sure our fellow Americans and children can eat and have the finer things in life . The thanked me for 24 years of trucking service out there . My home town cedar city store are truly amazing people . Thank you guys for all you do too . Plz remember not all truckers are bad , there's bad everywhere in cops, construction, retail and wholesale lol plz keep up the good work. Bought materials to build a deck for a shed. Staff were helpful and offered suggestions for this DIY project and proper materials. Great Job Home Depot!

The Cedar City Store always ensures my orders are ready for pickup and are courteous and helpful with loading into my truck and trailer. If something on my list is not available, they call with replacement suggestions as an alternative to ensure I am not help up upon arrival. The management and staff are remarkable with all aspects of the buying process and any returns are handled seamlessly as well. This is my preferred business to shop as is this location.

Usually have things I need in stock. Never a problem finding assistance to locate or suggest needed items. I live in rural community 50 miles from store so it is important to accomplish what I come to Home Depot for in one trip.

My two mini-Schnauzers are always welcomed and they even have treats for them. Employees in general are very friendly and helpful.

Always feel that the employees are there to help me and assist me in whatever project I have going on.

Most of the emoyees in this store simply do not care about the customers or the products they are selling. It’s a good thing the up front Customer Service people are so nice and professional or this store would be shut down.

Kari is the very BEST!! She is kind, patient, organized and does a great job at listening! I literally come back because she is such an awesome lady, one that truly cares about you as a person and doesn’t just do the minimum by showing up to work!

I shop here often for various projects, and they usually have what I need for reasonable prices. The store is well kept and adequately staffed.

I recently went to the paint department to buy some indoor paint, and the young man that waited on me quickly found what I was looking for. It was great to be able to explain what kind of paint I needed and to have him go right to where it was located. My wife was waiting out in the car, so time was of the essence. The young man put the paint and primer in the shaker for a few minutes, and I was on my way down to pay for it.

Literally tons of employees wandering around acting like they’re working and avoiding eye contact when it’s time to load 25 sheets of drywall Home Depot is home for old geezers with broken backs or weak dudes with no muscle, it’s all right I loaded them 25 5/8” sheets myself.

Employee are NOT helpful.

The Cedar City HD. Everyone that works there are so helpful and nice. The employees if they can they will stop what they are doing to help me find what I'm looking for. The service is very good. And John at the pro desk is amazing. I enjoyed going to the HD in CC ut. Thank you

I try my best to be in and out quickly- TOO MANY PEOPLE!!!

We bought our washer about a month ago and are very pleased with the service we received.

Most often can find what we need and the staff has always been friendly. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER APPLIANCE FROM HOME DEPOT. Not the stores fault, corporate. 48 hours is a ridiculous return policy for something so large. Next to impossible to get it home, get power cables installed and test it before you have to take it all apart and rush it back to the store when it arrives dead. I will pay more elsewhere.

I purchased a water heater. Jared Carter showed me various models, explained the features and showed me the warranty. He was personal and friendly He helped me do a credit card purchase at the main desk.. Kudos to Jared for his help

We are building a house ourselves. Almost all of our materials have come from Home Depot. The customer service cannot be beat! All our products have worked well for the most part. Our only complaint is the lumber. It is hard to find straight lumber anymore anywhere, though. I'm so thankful we have this Home Depot in our town. Not all Home Depots are this great. I know it's the associates that make this one a pleasure to do business here.

Sale people not trained enough to apply the promotion to my card and this was not the first time.

I haven't shopped this HD for about 2 years and when I stated I would be going here to get materials, several people told me they have poor customer service. I, of course had to to go there to see for myself, as I don't like to judge before I witness it myself. Buy in going here I found they had a very poor selection for drain pipe fittings - you can practically have a full 4 foot section of just 4" fittings. I looked around and couldn't find a 4" to 2" bushing. I asked an associate and he came up with some bizarre thing; he said he worked in that section also. I pointed out to him what I needed and he showed me on his handheld a 1" to 3/4" bushing which I pointed out to him. He then just turned and asked another customer how he could help them with no acknowledgement of he couldn't find it or didn't carry it. Then asking a different associate where to find some other fittings he stated that they weren't out for display, were on the top shelf and he had to get them. I appreciate how he helped me get things, which all I needed was there for it, but the service was very poor, like they didn't really enjoy being there.

They help me load a palate of concrete onto my trailer and put it where I needed it for a safe trip home satisfied with the help they gave me

The employees can't take the time to take you to the Item that you need. They seem to wonder all over the Store so there is no reason they can't take you to the place where you item is located. We ARE the Customer.

So helpful. Measured the item before came down to pick up to make sure would fit in our SUB! Girls working the counter were awesome! We live this store!
