We have a deep well submersible pump for our farmhouse we have tried a 1 hp pump and it wasn't adequate. The pump went out and we needed a new one but had to find one someplace else.

I went in because I had a plumbing problem and couldn't afford a plumber. The associate helped me and gave me a better idea than what I had originally intended to do. He spent a good 15-20 minutes explaining how and what to do. I went home and it worked wonderfully. Thanks!

My husband and I have been to this store almost every day for the past two months. We're doing a kitchen addition/remodel and are doing a lot of the work ourselves. The store has been there to support us all the way - from last minute electrical stuff to taking returns from things we've bought too many of, we've always experienced great customer service from everyone who helped us. On a recent trip, when they didn't carry a book on electrical codes we needed, an associate let us user her internet browser to find the answer to our question - then we bought the part that was required! Awesome service all around!

Products were easy to find. I go for sales. They have good sales.

Great service, knowledgeable employees, well organized store

Our associate helped us almost all the way with choosing the gate, the tools and the nuts and bolts we would need as well as loading the materials to the car. The only thing he wasn't able to do was get time off to come to our house to install the gate.

When I got there it was about time to close (9:40 pm). The lawn was being watered on the parking stalls closest to the door. There is no close spot to park for a quick run in and out. You enter on one side of the building and check out on the other. Associate are always doing other things or it is not their department.

This store is by far one of the best Home Depot store out there. Associates are wonderful & actually have knowledge of the products & where they are located. No attitudes here!

Shop anywhere, but here. They will not help you with what you are looking for. However, if you would like to see associates talking to each other, playing on their phones, or looking bored, this is the place for you! We were in the store over 45 minutes and were never approached for help. I sought out help three times and was never acknowledged or helped. Please support local businesses like Ace or drive to St. George.

I bought a Toro gas weed eater at H.D. in Cedar City, Utah and when I got home and opened the box, half of the parts were missing. Great product if you like missing parts. Now I get to go back 52 miles to return it, and they probably won't have another one!

Late Saturday evening, we dropped in to the store to have some keys made, pick up some needed door hardware and pick up a pan for under the washer. When I asked at check out for someone to make key duplicates, the girl associate was not only well informed, but was also very friendly and courteous. She showed me the process of making the keys with a new, and impressive system. We chatted about the project that I was working on at our cabin. I was in and out really quick. But the check out the even better. Cashiers were ringing people up and sending them to the self check out to pay! I also noticed you can use PayPal

I love how the store is so easy to navigate. The only reason I have for not finding what I need is my own hastiness! And even if the associates don't know the answer to a question, they stop at nothing to find out for you.
