We love this store! Customer service is outstanding! We've purchased everything from home applicances to plants! I'm a person with a lot of questions and they always know or find out the answers for me!

I had to exchange a dimmer switch and an associate was right there to help me get the correct one.

The associate in the paint department provided excellent customer service. His knowledge and expertise was very helpful. This associate interacted with customers professionally and gave them expert assistance. Very impressive.

When shopping at Home Depot on Tropical Pkwy today I was having difficulty finding the items I needed. I approached three associates - two said one of the items was not sold at that store and the third suggested I go to the Hardware Dept. In that department I was approached by an associate whose name I later learned is Katherine, She was very helpful and found the item I wanted and purchased. Katherine was very efficient and friendly in a way appreciated by customers. I purchased the items needed and to add to the customer satisfaction - the Associate could not have been more helpful or personable.

Went for Home Improvement project supplies and the staff was more than helpful to direct and give personal input for recommendations of what were are looking to do with our home. The store has a great variety of materials from counter tops and back splashes to flooring. We are excited that the Home Depot offers Project Loan and look forward to applying for that to make our house into our dream home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The store and parking lot was very clean and isles were easy to move around. Help was available and polite. Product was avaible and help to answer questions at doors and windows was very proffessional.

I always shop at the Centennial store as its close to my Home/Business, Makes it easy to go in and out to get supplies for my next plumbing job. Customer Service is usually Very Friendly, Great Employees who are always willing to stop what they are doing to help out with any products I need. The best store in Town as I have shopped at other stores, Your store is the Cleanest Store, Professional Employees, Very Knowledgeable. Would Highly recommend your store!

Purchased a Badger 900-1 model garbage disposal. Noticed the knock out for the dishwasher was already knocked out. Got it installed and switched it on. It started to smoke and burn electrical wiring inside the motor housing. The breaker on the unit did not open either. Uninstalled the whole thing again. Took it back, got my money back. Got another same model Badger 900-1 off the same shelf. Noticed right away this one was inside a plastic bag inside the box and there was obviously more paperwork inside. Had a troubleshooting guide that I could not find in the box of the first bad one. Also noticed the cardboard barrier inside the motor housing where the wires connect was fully intact compared to the bad one which was only partial. Dish washer knock out was still there too. Installed and this time and it worked fine. Someone working in that store knew that first one I was unlucky enough to pick was damaged and/or tampered with. They obviously left it on the shelf for an unlucky person like me. I spent half a day extra trying to figure out what the problem was. Thanks for wasting my time. Happy Labor Day.

It has been a long time since I had this level of customer service. Ray was extremely helpful and ensured I understood the different paint and the benefits of each.

I'm replacing my carpet with hardwood. They had everything i needed to complete the task. I. Signed up for the credit card and was able to save 10%. Great store and experience!

Associate guided me to the wrong aisle, even though she seemed confident in her response she was wrong.

Store associates were on the ball and very helpful and knowledgeable. Not one of them was pushing us into a purchase, but helpful in deciding the best purchase for our needs. We looked at floor samples, wall enclosures, paint, tile, carpet, appliances. We were greeted, educated and left to make our own decisions. Very nice staff.

The cashiers are AMAZING! They always have a smile on their face and are so friendly when you walk in or are checking out. As far as actually getting help from a sales associate, it depends on the day and time and availability. Sometimes they seemed bothered by your questions and other times they are ready and willing to help in every which way possible.

The store was clean. And when I did find someone they did help me.

Customer service here is great. Associates seem like they enjoy helping the customer out and not a burden like some other stores in the Las Vegas Area.

There was a mix up in getting our new washer and dryer delivered (vendor out of stock). Eric and Raquel were both great and made sure we were taken care of! Eric was especially helpful and accommodating to us! Thanks again!

When I go to the prodesk, they know me and my employees. They work fast and efficiently to get me in and out. Christine, Larry and Jim are Awesome.

The product was small and specific. I needed help finding the product. The associate was very friendly and helpful.

I have been looking on and off for the last few months for a new laminate floor for my house. I finally found one that I liked and decided to order it today if I could get the 24 month financing..well it all worked out and I have a new floor coming in about 2 weeks. and I am very excited about it.

I did not require any assistance, but when I turned around, there was an associate so I asked him a few questions about bolts.

Got in and got what I needed. No mess, no fuss. Everything was easy to find and grab.

Recently visited HD for a flooring purchase. The people at Home depot made things far easier than I thought it would be and the prices were also better than expected. I'm a fan of Home Depot, and shop there regularly.
