Hands down, Centennial Home Depot best in service, available products and pricing

I am writing this letter to let you know how much my wife and I appreciate the excellent work of one of your employees, Tina Beavers (Appliance Specialist)). We were recently in your W. Tropical Store in Las Vegas to purchase a GE double Wall oven. Unfortunately they were on backorder with no arrival dative. Tina sent us a text and advised us that they now had a shipment date we could place an order. Now how many Home Depot employees would go out of their way to contact a customer or even remember what they wanted? Tina did. She has an exceptional talent in dealing with people, and in the short time we have gotten to know her, she is the best representative of Home Depot that we have ever worked with…and we spend a lot of time in the store. I’m sure we are not the only regular Home Depot customers that specifically call in/walk in and ask for Tina by name. She has an uncanny ability to read customers and know what types of additional products to offer to them….without coming across as a “used car salesperson trying to get the extra commission”. Even though she is by far Home Depot’s top representative, she is humble, knowledgeable, gracious and most of all, very funny. (She has earned numerous badges for her abilities) I have never seen her in a bad mood and she really seems to genuinely enjoy her job and co -workers. Tina has set the bar very high. Actually, you should have her create a “HOW TO CUSTOMER SERVICE manual that is required reading by your entire staff. I’m sure they can learn a lot from her. I just wanted to make you aware of Tina’s spectacular job performance. She is the reason we will continue to shop at Home Depot.

Took the time to help and did not rush us out the store.

Excellent service, all have what I am looking for

Rented a wet saw for one day. Took back clean and before it was even due back. I got no refund whatsoever of the $25 deposit! So it was very expensive for the rental due to the cost of rental PLUS deposit.

I did my research on garage door openers prior to arriving to the store. This was my first experience of purchasing a door opener. I spoke with 3 different door installers and read online reviews from the installing experts. The HomeDpot employee was able to answer all the same questions and responses were the same as the online reviews and installing experts. I was talking with an expert!

Store was clean and staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Always a pleasant shopping experience at this location. Very polite and professional staff who are always very helpful. Every visit to this store is enjoyable and fun.

The employees in the Carpeting Dept. we very knowledgeable and sincere about assisting us to review all our options before making our final purchase. The area was organized so we could move about easily.

I have been to this store 3 or 4 times and every time I walk out frustrated. Staff is not helpful, do not go out of their way to help and just don't care. Took two weeks, management involvement and two trips to measure three doors and prepare for ordering and installation. Finally got a man who is there part time only. His name is Rich and he WILL do whatever it takes to help out. I would never go back to this store unless absolutely necessary.

There are several good sales associates who want to help you as a customer. Like anywhere else some associates are impatient but when you find them they are excellent. I leave there feeling I got what I wanted to accomplish. There are so many products and sometimes you can get lost in the store. It is nice to find friendly associates with a smile. I liked our store as they have several who go out of their way to help.

Store is always well stocked, employees are extra friendly and always seem to find what I need!

Garden Center customer service is the worst in town. Don’t expect help when asking.

My husband and I go to this store all the time. Today we specifically went to appliances. We were both happy with the result and assistance. I marked Good because finding assistance in other parts of the store isn't well staffed.

The Sales Associates and especially the Staff working at the Pro Desk, are very helpful and nice. They help me find the materials we need and set up deliveries when necessary. They allow me to sit down and discuss the options to find solutions to my material needs.

The Associates at the Pro Desk were amazing and friendly, and very helpful!

Only one person in a dept. can do anything. If they are gone on lunch, you either wait or leave. Customers are walking around without mask on and even after telling a associate, they do nothing.

rude employees for the most part and you can tell they are miserable and definitely do not want to be there.

Great store I will continue to shop there.
