The customer service we received was exceptional. Hector at the Pro Desk went above and beyond to help us with a large order. He was such a nice guy. If I could give him more then 5 stars I would!!! THANK YOU HECTOR!!!

I went to home depot possibly to look for some tools for a new project. I did not have the knowledge about the tools just that I needed certain ones. I found a customer service representative name Sophia who addressed all my questions and concerns, and we found a display model that fell within my budget. Sophia was patient and did not rush me, in the end I felt that my money was well spent.

Love this Home Depot store. Great variety, good quality and pricing. Store employees are very courteous and helpful. If they don't have an answer, they will search it out.

Joe in plumbing is awesome! He was so helpful and considerate. It was really nice to go in and have an employee approach us and make sure we got what we needed! 5 stars on this guy!

The associates were are very helpful. Items are easy to find.

Everyone was super helpful and polite. Kim in flooring and her helper was super nice and got me a saw that we couldn't get anywhere else and they had to search to find. You guys are awesome thanks

ProDesk Team is awesome! Time is money, Hector is always there to help and he follows through every time when you need to source materials for you project. Don't waste time anywhere else, even when my job site is in another area, I call Hector at Centennial to help me out. Best Home Depot store that I've been to and I spend a lot of time at Home Depot.

I have been to this store several times for stock items, however this visit was for a custom door. Look at all the information before paying. I thought they had entered all the correct information I had giving them, however they ordered a stock door and cannot cancel the order.

Great bunch of people working in this store! Everyone I encountered was helpful and cheerful! MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN WHETHER PEOPLE RETURN!

This store has knowledgeable associates and shopping for items of home repair is something I need help with. Associates value you as a customer.

Check outs are quick. I've asked the paint department several visits for stuff not related to paint and they always seemed to know and were very helpful. Joseph L in plumbing was helpful, friendly, and quite smart.

NOT HARD TO FIND ASSOCIATES FOR HELP.STORE WAS CLEAN.FOUND THE PRODUCT WITH EASE.

The store is well stocked, clean, team members are helpful and courteous. If you need blinds, carpet, closet doors go see Jerry at the carpet desk he knows it all !!!

Contractor sales rep Hector goes out of his way to assure I am getting my needs met and does so in a timely fashion. He will update me without being asked on my special orders and takes the time to understand my needs and searches for the best options. As of late, he is overseeing the training of two new HD reps at the contractors desk (Amina and Luna) and I look forward to dealing with them as they continue their growth and understanding of the business needs, products and time frames, and like Hector, the follow thru and updates are common with them.

The customer service is the best I have ever experienced. It is immediately apparent, as soon as you walk in the door, that they work hard to provide a positive customer experience. Hardware stores can be hard to navigate, messy, and hard to find help; but the employees at this Home Depot make it a pleasure to keep coming back.

Product range is good for most home projects. Customer service is good. We did have an issue with receiving a military discount. Associate was very rude about it. Then another associate was amazing, thankful for service and fulfilled our purchase quickly with another purchase.

Truly one of the best Home Depot stores I have shopped in. The staff are always helpful The store is well stocked and I can typically find the item I need.

I always receive exceptional service when I come to this store and this time was no different. Brittany and Marilyn went above and beyond when assisting me. Every associate I encountered today was very pleasant and friendly. The store was neat and clean and I was pleased to see the associates following COVID protocols. I was pleased with this visit.
