Ordered online. Picked up at the store. Box had a small tear in the side and this is what the $100.00 + (normal price) trash can looked like.

Our experience at the HD #6833 in Plano, TX was mixed. We found what we wanted to buy, asked for help twice and did not get it. Finally we found Jenny in Appliances and, despite the need to process the transaction 5 times, because of system problems, she prevailed and we got what we wanted. Always ask for Jenny at Plano!

Installers shown up and installed the heater on time. Decker and I cant remember the other gentleman's name knew exactly what to do. They were polite and fast from Same Day Water Heaters. They cleaned up water on the floor. I would recommend Home Depot and them to ask for "Decker Team" to my friends if they needed a hot water heater.

I was unable to find the item I wanted at any kind of store. I was able to order it on-line at Home Depot. Ordering on-line is very easy, and the pick-up is so efficient.

This store is centrally located and has very good stock of materials along with very helpful employees that will ask if they can assist you. The assistance is in the form of locating items, but more importantly assisting you with your project, if needed. There location is fantastic because it is centrally located in Plano.

I enjoy home projects and Home Depot is always helpful and rarely condescending about it. Very nice location and people.

Went to Home Depot to shop for appliances for our new home. We have LG appliances in our current home. Jennifer in the appliance department was very knowledgeable of the LG appliances, answered all of our questions, including financing and delivery. We purchased new refrigerator, range, dishwasher, above range microwave and washer dryer (all LG). Since, they have not been delivered yet, I cannot review the products. However, the interaction with Jennifer was outstanding.

I found the item I needed very quickly and checked out. There’s no need to request a survey for an $11 item.

I have been going to this location for over 10yrs. I work in several areas and frequently go to HD for products. Michael the manager keeps this location in perfect order and has everyone one the same page on how to interact with customers about their needs and the location of where everything is at.

I knew what I needed and was able to order it and book delivery and install

Please have some extra help in the plumbing and electrical departments, it lacks assistance to homeowners who are looking for solutions.

Lisa was a great help in ordering what we needed for our bathroom remodel. We hope to work with her again on the next part of our project.

No matter what it is they have it! Nuts and bolts to lumber to appliances to flowers! And very helpful staff! Go there, go there NOW!

I'm probably at this Home Depot weekly. I purchase plants, outdoor items, light bulbs, small tools, paint, paint brushes, shelving, etc. They always have what we need. I do look up this location on the internet so I know where (in store) the items that I'm looking to purchase. Aisles and ends are marked but I still do this, just so I'm not back tracking.

Fence post was close to what was shown on store website but shorter than what I found online duevtonselectedvitem not being in stock. I paid a buck more for the available item vs what was listed online for store inventory. Items wasn't located where it was shown online so I had to waste time for the unexpected "Treasure Hunt" phase.
