For the most part my experience here is pretty good. I'm a contractor and I shop here quite often. Some of the staff are very knowledgeable and eager to help. Others could use some motivation, but every company has some slackers lol. Highly recommend home depot always. Customer service employees are always on point. Store is usually neat and organized. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

My visit went flawlessly. I was both greeted upon arrival, and was given direction from 2 staff members to find what I was looking for. All of the staff I encountered treated me with diligence and were very courteous! This is one part of why I always love to come here! The staff's attention to detail and their willingness to assist shoppers is purely unmatched! Thankyou

Cashier Dawn was worst. She doesn't know how to treat people specially Pro Customer. I asked her to review the check out list as I thought she charged me twice. She refused to do that. She brock the box of my nail and without showing apologies she was giving me all the scattered nail in a bag.

I Like The Layout Of Store Very Versatile

This location is the only Home Depot location. I can find DRY play sand inside the building so it is kept dry and used for the reptile community, which is very large. We need dry play sand and find it at this location.

I was looking for some hand tools and they had a great selection. I ended up purchasing a speciality shovel and a hammer.

I like to shop the Cheektowaga location because of the help I receive on projects. While Brian has changed departments, he still offers the same help he always did when he was at the Pro Desk.

A great deal turned into a huge ordeal and horrible experience. Despite initially being told I could purchase a grill on clearance and leave it to take my 3 young children home and get my other vehicle (30 min max), that request was later denied. I was told by the manager that it would most likely be there if I left and quickly came back. I offered to pay for delivery and was told the item was unavailable for delivery and ended up renting a truck taking longer to sign out then it would have been to leave and come back. What a joke of a store policy and even worse customer service.

The person that helped me and my mother was very nice. Took the time to explain the difference in pricing and offered his time and patience. Craig from kitchen and bath area.

I've been going to this store for the last ten years since I bought my house. I know the layout and have the store app and map and its like visiting a toy store when I was a kid. What I appreciate most is your policy towards pets. I'm training my dog for him to be my service animal and your welcomeness helps acclimated to a retail environment. Thank You for your team doing their best to keep the store clean and shelves stocked

Home Depot now makes you jump through hoops to rent a truck. You used to just show them a driver's license and pay with a credit card. Now you have to use a smart phone, verify your identity through a 3rd party (which sucks beyond words) and take pictures of yourself (if the stupid app even works) etc. You are better off renting elsewhere.

Many associates don't really care about the customer in spite of efforts to promote GET. I witness associates purposely ignoring customers.

When shopping at this location I needed to do a return. I called and was placed on several times for over an hour to finally be hung up on. I only received help after physically going to the store and voicing my 100% dissatisfaction. I believe a new system needs to be created

I bought a hot water tank and am happy I went to Home Depot! The Associate was so friendly and helpful! He explained everything about my purchase!

I always am able to find someone for directions to item and usually for advice also. And even have gotten help from other customers here!

Needed to add 25 ft of line to my wifi Router

Purchase the $200 gift card and a $100 gift card immediately after purchase I registered them and created a pin immediately after that both of them were drained from a hacker at home Depot was no help in refunding

This location had pallets of product in the isles to be stocked, and made it difficult to get to some item I wanted to look at. I thought the store was stocked before and after business hours. So I had to go to another store.

I had a fantastic experience at Home Depot thanks to Jeanette! She was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us find a dishwasher. Jeanette patiently answered all our questions and even called multiple stores in search of one we could take home that night. Although we ultimately had to order one, her dedication and positive attitude made the process much easier. Jeanette truly deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service!

I had to return two products and service people are wonderful.

I frequently buy household goods from this location. It’s close to my home. Employees are great and assistance is always appreciated. Even customers are helpful. Has everything I need for my home.

I was over charged for my purchase. When I went to Customer service I was give store credit, instead of a refund. This store seems to be in chaos.

Filthy filthy filthy with employees that just don't care.

I bought both my washer and dryer at this particular store in Cheektowaga, the person that took care of me both times is Eva Robert's. She is the the best. I am very, very happy with my new appliances.

The service at the Transit road location is much better. Especially in the paint department, that location I would highly recommend!
