I had an amazing customer service experience!

Department Manager Gee was a great help to me. He directed me to where I could find almost everything I needed and also directed me to other team members in the store that where able to help. Her off to him and his team members Team Members (Amir & Malaysia)

Every single time I go to Store #4109, I get great service. I am very deficient in my knowledge of home maintenance and repairs, and everyone at this store is so nice and patient and professional and helpful.

The cashier by lumber is very rude. She almost over charged me by ringing up an item twice. When I caught it her response was rude and she never handed me my receipt. I had to pick it up from off of my material.

Over the years, I have found visits to HD to be hit or miss mostly due to lack of associate availability and quality of customer service. Today Lashanna in the paint department, Andre a manager and Japhet provided outstanding assistance and overall customer service. They were VERY PLEASANT, POLITE AND RESPECTFUL. When an issue arose, it was resolved expediently and apologetically. Seriously one of the best I've ever had. Well done!

Patti in the garden department was phenomenal. I have been shopping at Home Depot for 40 years having lived right by one of the first two stores in Doraville, Georgia. Patti was phenomenal. She was passionate, knowledgeable and extraordinarily helpful. She is truly a gem.

wonderful store easy to find what you need

I couldn't find the right size pot for my plant. I went back at 4. The gardener employee name Ken came up to assist me. I thought he was so helpful and kind to me. I bought two large pots and I will continue to buy my plants and my gardening supplies from this home depot, because of this experience today.

I was in your establishment about two weeks ago needing some help finding a nail to fix my dining room chair, Mr Leroy was very helpful and helping me purchase the proper item. The week after that, I was there again, needing to find some locks, and who is there again, helping me out, Mr. Leroy. Thanks for your patience. If it’s in the budget, give this gentleman a raise.

My shopping experience was a delight shopping at the Cheltenham Homedepot. A sales associate/ Ken, was available in less than two minutes and he was knowledgeable about the product I was looking for. I was extremely surprised, because finding an associate in the store isn’t always an easy task.

This Home Depot customer service was awesome. The staff greets you with, "How can I help you?" The kitchen designers go above and beyond to find perfect matches for the project that meet safety codes. I am very happy with my Grayson cabinet choices, soft closing hinges, available sizes and color. The Grayson onyx looks great and the cabinets had quick delivery dates.

HD had the spools of weed-whacker string I needed.

Cashier Jonna was very friendly and provided me with great assistance

Extremely disappointed and how I was treated today at the self checkout. I am a loyal daily customer who spends thousands of dollars in this store. The way I was treated today was as disgrace. The cashier watched me scan my items then waited for me to be done to ask to verify my receipt of the items I scanned. Never apologized for falsely accusing me and walked away as if it was ok. Unfortunately it’s not ok treating customer this way is unacceptable and need to be changed. I’m not sure what happen to this store but I will looking to take my business elsewhere.

We buy products at this Home Depot in Wycote several times a year and have never been disappointed. Good quality and attentive, friendly staff.

We went in for minor things ofcourse it turned into an all day affair. With barley anything on the shelves and if it was something there it was miss-priced amongst other things. We did ask for help and we were told to blame Home Depot.

The experience at this location definitely below any other home improvement retailers I have ever shopped. Starting with MOD Ree-Ree. Her reply was not what I expected! WOW!!! I guess Home Depot doesn't take care of its customers anymore. I will not shop here again!

I checked out at self checkout but the cashier assisting ppl was attentive and pleasant to all customers.

I was delighted with my shopping trip to the Cheltenham Home Depot. I was pleasantly greeted by store employees, assisted and given advice at every juncture, by multiple employees. Staff actively engaged me and made my shopping quick and easy. The store was clean and well stocked.

I wanted an Ice maker. I asked and associate in flooring and they took me to the correct location and made my shopping experience quick and easy.
