nice place to shop

When going to this store make sure you read the tags cause someone is not doing there job, it's on the customers to read every single sticker in the store for each item you want or may need. Dont let it be because of the price, it may be in the wrong place and your to blame, take pics to register with you. Its found to be proof. Thankx.

This is the worst Home Depot store I have ever been to. The staff are rude, the store is messy, the lines are long. They are the most unprofessional and least helpful and most ignorant people I have ever encountered in a service industry.

Zaymour B. in the paint department was a huge help with completing my paint. I got paint for my entire new house. He provided advice, and completed my order super quick. It's hard to find good customer service today. Zaymour B. made my shopping experience a positive one. Thank you.

Excellent service and they conduct transactions smoothly

This store is a mess. There is never anyone available in the departments to consult with regarding merchandise and the phone system is ridiculous if you want to talk to someone about an order. This is the last time I will be shopping in this store.

Clean and you are able to find what your looking for.

This store always seems busy yet the employees are always welcoming and helpful when you need something. The interior of the store is always in decent shape. Just be careful in the parking lot, it is busy most of the time, there seem to be an unusual amount of customers with poor parking and cart return skills. Thankfully the employees do a decent job of keeping the lot clear of carts a majority of the time. The parking lot is bad enough to keep the rating to 4 stars but I'm going with 5 because anything the employees have control of is typically worth 5.

This store always have what I need to complete my projects. It is clean and organized, employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had an issue at this store. My questions are answered honestly if the person is not sure they direct me to someone that can help. No matter what department I go to or what sale person I encounter I am always treated with respect.

This HD is very close to my home and most of the times they have what I was lookin for.

The employees were friendly and helpful.The products were all available and my cashier my helpful.

I had to chase someone down to get assistance, despite the number of employees walking around. I asked if they had a specific product ,and the response was "if you don't see it, we don't have it." Not helpful at all.

What I like about this store is that it is always clean and neat. On the trip to Home Depot, I was looking for under the cabinet lighting. I had the pleasure of getting help from a seasoned Home Depot employee and she took me to the aisle where they were. What was appreciated is that she took the time to help me and I was very grateful.

Six month ago I wouldn't recommend this store customer service suffered but recently management revamped the floor crew and cleaned up the store I give them thumbs up and and 5 stars. Keep up the good work guys. And it's a must visit the paint department if you have a bad day you will change your outlook there because colorful music is in the air!!!!! Mr Zaymar B, in the house

My experience with sales associate named Francis (mr.) Was terrific start to finish. I am taking on home projects as a single mom nowadays and he made me feel comfortable with my purchase.
