Do not go out and shop much these days so this was a first in a long time...and we were pleasantly surprised on the efficiency of the help we received at this store.!! Will continue to use this location for future needs. We are "old school" and like the attention to detail we received there.. Thanks

I went in to tool rental and the associate Oscar was very polite and helpful.

Gen Z and the Millennials are so rude and disrespectful at this store. Forget about asking for assistance, they are too busy and huddles talking to each other. Customer service Representatives refused to look up and acknowledge you and know that you are standing there and waving and trying to get their attention for assistance.

NYE was a cashier very helpful and knowledgeable with the store. I thought she was a manger she deserves a raise.

Whenever I shop at this store, I know I will leave with exactly what I needed.

All we needed was a screw for a rolling walker. Zaheem sized it properly and had us walking out with the repaired unit within 5 minutes!

Bought a T8 fluorescent light bulb that was labeled $6.98. At checkout it was $13.98. Checkout guy shrugged and said sorry that price is what it is. He chuckled as well. I walked all the way back to the shelf and found no price sticker for $13.98. Employee said he didn’t have a chance to put it up yet (he was sitting on a motor cart conversing with employees when I approached him. Basic who cares attitude.

The employees and John the manager went above and beyond my expectations to help me with an item I wanted to purchase. They provided a exceptional customer experience. This is an awesome Home Depot !!!

I just signed up to have new wall to wall carpeting put in our 3 bedrooms. The Home Depot has a person that comes out to measure & gives you an estimate on the cost. They remove the old carpeting & install the new.

The customer service in this store sucks - very hard to find knowledgeable help and managers are hard to assess. Selection is good but if the associates don’t know they have it in the store what good is it having the product. PS everybody dress less than is not always looking to steal!

Nick and Rocco are the reason i continue to come to cherry hill

I live in philly and rarely do I make it to the cherry hill location. I was here on a whim and was truly blown away by my customer service from John. I would drive and pay a 5$ toll to be helped the way I was rather than go to the south philly location. The store was super neat and easy to locate everything and had lots of really kind people out and about around the store asking if you needed help. John in particular was of great help! Went all the way outside to grab me a cart when it was my own silly doing for not grabbing one in the first place knowing I was going to be getting a folding table. He then came with me to find the other item I was looking for. Thank you John!

I walked in with my stroller & sleeping baby in tow. I am 9 weeks postpartum and Steve greeted me. I asked where the carts were and he got one for me and proceeded to help me around the store loading everything for me. This was a huge help since I wasn’t sure how to navigate with a stroller & a cart. Thank you for going above and beyond!

I had a difficult time locating my need and the sales assistant was great at helping me to find it and make a decision.

Went to purchase something that on line stated they had 3 of. A number of employees searched for a long time, not there. Was told I could order it there, to have it mailed, but under $45.00, I would have to pay postage. After working on my problem for a while, the customer service girl 100% satisfied my needs and left me a completely happy customer. They went over and above what I see at most stores, to help me with this.

The Cherry Hill, NJ and DIckson City, PA stores do a good job in the present time of delivery-distribution challenges. Prices are generally fair, and a reasonable range in types and sizes of products is carried at the stores.

There were years when the employees were not the nicest or available. They are often still hard to find.

I am a homeowner, who loves doing small projects at home. I am not a professional contractor. It is often intimidating asking for advice at home improvement stores. I have found that the Cherry Hill Home Depot has an extremely friendly, accommodating staff who specialize in making "Every Day Joe's" like me feel comfortable asking for help with specialty tools and materials. If they do not have it, or cannot find it, they will order it for you from the floor of the store. Even the cashiers are very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend the Cherry Hill Home Depot to all people like me who are still learning.

My Home Depot always has the products I need for home and building repair. Everyone I meet there is friendly and eager to help me locate and choose the right materials and tools.

Convenient location, product availability and pleasant employees.

I bought a 5 tier shelf system here and returned it 20 min later because their associates didn't want to bother assisting me with loading it into my vehicle. Omar processed my return without blinking rather than attempt to assist me. This store is awful!!!

Although staff were helpful, I purchased a tool and found it to be used and not working.
