Had to refuse another fridge because it would not fit through the door. Worked with Amber in the appliance department to find one that would work. Got the specs so I knew it would fit if the doors and bottom drawer were removed. Delivery people refused to do this so my brothers had to do their job. As you can see it was able to fit through the door!

If you’re looking for high-quality paint, this is your girl not only does it roll on smooth. There’s no splattering clean up as easy in the paint last for years on your wall.

Purchasing through the pro deal and setting up delivery was easy, fast and efficient. Drivers were professional, courteous and friendly. Follow-up calls from warehouse appreciated. Overall a GREAT experience.

We couldn't unload the flooring we ordered because we are old. We were not told it ships to our home. The manager would not send a guy from the chesterfield Store to bring it into our house so THEIR TEAM could install it. But he was happy to send 2 guys to load it in their truck and take this special order back to their store. Where's the common sense?

Finding someone to help me when I am looking for something is usually a challenge. I remember when Home Depot first opened, and employees were at the front door asking how they could help me, even taking me to where an item was located. I will say that once I find an employee that works in the area I am in, he or she is very helpful.

Very poorly run Store.. Especially after 9 pm Yesterday I was helped by a Associate Named Jeremy..He was Fantastic!! Help me find exactly what I was looking for Great Service!! When I walked in to the store No one but Jeremy Reached out to help me, Walked by 2 associates and store ASM Was ignored. Morning Manager (Women) when I come in is always smoking cigarettes when you first walk in...Smells absolutely Horrible, Cant imagine a Customer Liking that!!

Bought dishwasher easy as pie

I needed help with ideas for flowers and plants for my front yard. Thalia was ambtious to help !! The young man Joshua that loaded my car was cover in mulch from his long day but was friendly and efficient!! They are a great team!

Scheduled a delivery for dishwasher, which was 7 days out. Took time off work to have them call on morning of delivery to say there was no room on the truck and would need to reschedule. Just goto their competitor, they deliver in 2 days and on time.

I went to 'The Home Depot' with the basic idea of landscaping. I planned to use small rocks and native Michigan plants such as grasses and bushes.. I asked the cashier (Thalia) what kind of native plants did she have. She asked me what was my plan, I told her. Thalia showed me the colorful bushes and plants that would enhance my yard. I plan to use some of her ideas to liven up my yard with an array of colors.

Tony showed me right to where I needed to go! This Home Depot is going to be the one I shop at from now on!!!

I came in frustrated as my closet shelves collapsed and clothes were all over the floor. Home Depot helped me rebuild my closet with the correct parts and design. Home Depot had all the parts in stock to repair my closet!
