The sales associates and check out clerks are always friendly and ready to help. If I have a problem, they usually can find solutions for the problem. If they are taking care of a customer, they will acknowledge a person who is waiting , and tell them they will be with them asap.

As a new home owner I've been to this Home Depot location several times. I've always experienced great customer services and everyone I have had the opportunity to speak to are very knowledgeable. I would recommend this location to anyone that's looking for fast service, great personnel, and a professional atmosphere.

Store is organized and the aisles are clean. I shop here weekly.

Finishing up a bathroom renovation that originally started at Lowes... Staff was much more friendly and willing to help and the products were all in house, excluding our special order vanity. Definitely will be returning in the future!!

Although I have found most of the big-box home maintenance and improvement stores to be similar in lay-out and pricing in general, the Chesterfield Home Depot is my go-to store for whatever—whenever I shop. I don't generally shop by price; I go to the Chesterfield Home Depot because of the helpfulness and (more importantly) the friendliness of the associates: they make it feel like a neighborhood "mom and pop" experience!

Needed a saw blade for my tool but didn't know where to find them. An associate didn't know where to find them but quickly grabbed another associate who was able to immediately help us. Was pleasantly surprised how knowledgeable the female associate was about tools. Also the cashier associate was exceptionally friendly and happy and cheerful and willing to help us. What an outstanding personality for working in customer service.

MY QUERY ON A SPECIFIC TOOL ITEM WAS ANSWERED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLY BY AN ASSOCIATE. UPON PURCHASE OF OTHER ITEMS I WENT TO THE CASHIER WHO HAPPENED TO BE THE SAME INDIVIDUAL NEAR THAT AISLE. I WAS PROMPTED TO OBTAIN A CREDIT CARD THAT GAVE ME SOME SAVINGS AND STARTED ON THE PROCESS. FOR SOME REASON MY SSN WAS NOT BEING ACCEPTED AND TWO OTHER CASHIERS CAME ON THE SCENE TO MAKE PHONE CALLS TO PROPER AUTHORITIES TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND ALL TURNED OUT WELL. DURING THIS SESSION I HAD A VERY PLEASANT RAPPORT WITH THESE VERY PLEASANT PEOPLE. MY WIFE AND I BOTH LAUGHED ON THE WAY HOME ABOUT SOME OF THE TIDBITS. A PLEASANT OVERALL TRIP.

The associate in the electrical department was very intact on what we needed in the Best fan for our purpose, and she explained in detail what we needed to install the ceiling fan.

SOLD AN ITEM THAT DOES NOT HAVE REPLACEMENT PARTS - WASTED A LOT OF TIME TRYING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND ENDED UP RETURNING THE ITEM.

Went to this store to purchase paint and additional items. The paint was on sale for a great price and the associates were helpful and friendly, there was no wait time, which is always a plus! The associates in the plumbing dept. we're very helpful and friendly then to top it off, checkout was fast and the cashier was very pleasant! So, on top of great prices Home Depot has great people as well!
