Store is usually clean and there are helpful employees. I feel the last two purchases I have made, they have shown a huge improvement over the years.

Every employee in this location has been extremely helpful with each visit.

The garden center could have been a little neater. There were pallets and boxes that you had to maneuver around and some merchandise had fallen on the floor and was left there.

on one of my visit i forgot to say that i needed some paint match up and it took a couple of times but they nail it at the Chesterfield store this is my store always

I always end up back at Home Depot in Chesterfield because the staff are helpful cheerful pleasant and so very helpful be it finding something or advise on what to buy or how it works . They are trustworthy ! What is more important than that?

Both the cashier Colleen # 2734 00002 95790 and helper "Alex" were very friendly and helpful and made my shopping experience a good one. I have quit even trying to shop at Lowe's due to the unfriendliness of the help there, I am glad Home Depot still cares about the customers!

I was greeted by a sales associate name Joe who was very helpful ! I would definitely recommend this location

I was in the garden center and purchased a discounted floor model plastic shed. My cashier, a woman named Maryetta and another associate named Justin helped me out so much. They took the time to take the shed apart piece by piece and load it into my truck for me and tie it down. They didnt have to but they did. They went above and beyond and im so greatful for them. In the longrun they saved me hundreds of dollars and who doesnt love that!? I thank them so much for my experience there and ill definately be back year long!!!

The store was pretty clean. I was able to find what I came in for. Donna was very friendly. She rang up my items and signed me up for a credit card.

the electric dept. was clean and well stocked. The aisles had the usual overflow of stock but they were clear and safe.

This over many Home Depot’s is my favorite. I sometimes drive out of my way to shop there vs another HD. Great job guys.

I placed an internet order to be delivered to the Hall Rd store. 3 of the items were damaged. They did not have replacements in stock, so they placed an order at this (the Chesterfield) store. They had 4 of the items in stock, but 3 of them had dents or scratches in the frame. (I needed 2, so I now have a third order placed at a third store for the remaining item) The people were pleasant enough to work with, but I think the store as a whole needs to take more care with their merchandise. One of the conversations I had with one worker revealed “that’s probably how it was delivered to the store” and “they don’t paletize anything.” Maybe management should complain to their suppliers.

I'm a "DIY" who has no business doing it myself, but the associates at THD always make sure that when I leave their store I have exactly what I need for whatever I'm fumbling my way through. Whenever I mess up, it's my fault--not theirs. Good advice and product selection.

Store is always clean and maintained. I have never had an issue finding help when I need it. the people that work in the departments go out of their way to provide assistance when asked.

In our local area we are over whelmed with places of business, This Home Depot Store is getting better and better in every area. so very glad you are close to our home. Products are easy to find, if you can't find what your looking for someone is there to help. The store is very clean The associates I have dealt with are friendly and helpful.

Like i had said before Donna the cashier i believe went a little out of her way to make my day. I had bought some tile grids 12 feet long i normally take them to my truck and tape them together, but Donna without me even asking wrap them in her clear tape, kudos to her and Home Depot.

This store has always had knowledgeable employees assist me with any questions I have , no matter what department or time of day. I will no longer shop at Lowes because their customer service is not even close to The Chesterfield Home Depot.

I have a Home Depot closer to my house but I enjoy this store more.
