I love the Christiana Home Depot the people who work there are great it doesn’t matter if your outside near the plant or inside looking for lumber everyone working there is great, courteous and pleasant I love this store and they help me find everything I was looking for!

Felix in the Paint Department was very helpful in picking out the best paint for my bathroom painting project.

The new cattle shoot for self check out is a bad layout obviously not designed for customers with longer objects. The old system worked fine.

Never shop here nobody will help you

This store has a great selection of beautiful plants for my patio & garden.

Jenny was very knowledgeable and helpful to recommend exactly what I was looking for.

I bought and installed slider door 5 years ago and broke stationery panel exterior glass mowing lawn this past Saturday. I was directed to Bob at Pro Desk. He was absolutely great in searching and ordering new stationery Panel from the original reciept and paper work i produced. Only scary issue is he said no returns on special orders. Where does that leave me if it is wrong panel. Fingers crossed. Im 67 years old and been using Christiana Home Depot from beginning. Usually always has everything.

I purchased a bulky item that was up on a rack. The employee called for a lift operator and I was out the door in no more than 15 minutes. Everyone was eager to help as well.

Please look for Pam in the Blinds section. She is just superb at her job and extremely helpful.

I bought two garage door openers but had lost the receipt. I am a business owner with five homes I manage and buy items for repair/replacement. I was treated like a criminal at the customer service desk at the dover store. these are very heavy boxes i had trouble loading into the basket to return. I am 71 years old, 4'10" tall and why would you think I stole these items? They simply were not needed at one of my homes I manage. I have only returned 2 items in the past 10 years that were less than $10 an item. You need a much better system for returns than to treat your loyal customers as criminals.

I am retired military with 3 deployments, 2 were to Afghanistan. It really annoys me that I cannot get a discount on lumber/plywood that I use for household projects. There is just something inherantly wrong with that. It really annoys me every time this happens. It was OK to go to war for a tool discount, but not for a 2x4.

My husband could not find night lights, but he didn’t have to waste a lot of time looking for them because an associate immediately asked him if he needed help.

Overall, this is a good, well stocked Home Depot. Usually, if you look on the HD website and an item is listed as being in stock and in a certain section, then you can find it easily.

Your employee, Ron , in the appliance area was just wondering. He was , super patient, very helpful and a wonderful person! He should definitely be recognized!!! This was at your Newark Delaware Home Depot location.

I am waiting for all my appliances to be delivered and can't wait to see the installation services of your Home Depot team.

I find that the folks who work at the Christiana HD Store to be extremely personalable and helpful

I had to get a replacement kitchen faucet, so I looked online and found the one I wanted. Went to the store and was assisted by Elizabeth, one of the MET team members . She took the time to show me exactly where the item I was looking for was located, which was very nice of her to do. It was a very pleasant interaction

I like this location because it has a larger selection of house plants. The employees were very friendly without being annoying. It also seems to have enough staff so that I didn’t have to walk around just to find help.

The girl working in the paint area was very knowledgeable and helpful.

HARD to FIND cabinet pull replacements IN THIS SIZE: 6" center-to-center. These were not available in every location but they were found for me at another location and sent to my local HD. The pulls are sturdy, attractive, and fit perfectly.

Super savings on Ryobi mini chain saw and great bargain on a three pack of batteries.

The store is full of employees that are lazy,do all they can to avoid a customer and when you get one 90% of them they know nothing about the products,I guess if you can pass a drug test and have a pulse they hire you,these stores need a manager that stays on the floor and watches what go's on not sitting in a office out of sight

Web site showed a Ryobi One belt sander on clearance at Christiana store. (for the past month!) Went there a month ago and was told it was out of stock and no store had any. Store associates should have had the ad removed from the web site (It's still there). No telling how many customers made a useless visit.

Large numbers great help finding what l wanted

Customer Service/Returns cashier, CARMEN, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in locating and releasing to me the FIVE mirrors I ordered. I had to return four on-the-spot and the entire transaction at the desk went smoothly!

I try to patronize the mom-and-pop hardware stores first, but that day I'd come from one where it was hard to get an employee's attention. When I went to the Home Depot, a man in the lumber section and a woman in the power tools section (twice) asked me if they could help me find anything. I appreciated that. Whoever manages this store does a good job of hiring helpful people and/or training employees to be helpful.

The store associates should be running to help customers not going the opposite direction from customers!

I shopped Christiana Home Depot and received exceptional service.
