Overall this store has what I need . The staff is accommodating and generally knowledgeable about products and processes. Never a bad experience .

This is my 1 stop store to go to. Personal working here do take the time to help you from finding things to putting it in your car. Never had a bad day here. You will be pleased in coming to this store.

Received very helpful phone call assistance (which is rare in most stores who transfer you from one person to the next) and when I arrived the pickup area was friendly and helpful. I was in and out of the store quickly.

Asked for a $50 dollar gift card and $25 gift card and was given a $150 gift Card and a $125 gift card and didn't noticed this until I was embarrassed trying to use my CC for my next Christmas present for a family member. At the time I could not figure out why. I realized the following morning (today) That they were non-refundable. I am hoping this is not a Home Depot ploy to 'help" unsuspecting customers who did not bring their glasses with them but spoke clearly to spend more in their store.

I walked into the 1601 store not sure how the lighting I needed would work for my special project, but Don went way above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed even so far as to walk me through different areas to collect the things I ended up buying. Because of his assistance I was able to make additional purchases towards my project instead of buying the other items elsewhere. Janice was also extremely helpful and cheerful. My usual experience at HOME DEPOT is good, but this time your employees made my day!

Iran in to pay my bill and wind up purchasing a gift for my daughter and son-in law for Christmas. I ask an associate for what I was looking for and he did not bat a eye lid to tell me where it was; I took the walk and found just what I was looking for in a flash. Then I asked another associated where another item was and she was right on point, sadly to say they were out of BIG Christmas bows. So yes the customer service is great at this store.Keep it up.

This Home Depot store has a large painting supply department, containing everything you need. The painting staff is knowlegable and can answer which paint types and brands work best for your project. Associates are always within eyesite. The store is very clean. The staff will help you find what you're looking for, even as much as to walk you to your item. Checkout is fast. This store was very clean. Great variety of items. Not just a building supply store. The paint department staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was in stock. Employees were helpful and happy to walk to the aisles to assist in finding specific items. Checkout quick and fast. 5☆☆☆☆☆

I shop at the Christiana location all the time and being a contractor I need a store that has what I need when i need it, I don't want to drive around or call around looking for things and with other stores you do, but with homedepo I never have a problem.

Easily accessible store, good parking. Excellent care from department (garden) employee who walked the extra mile to help me. That is what counts the most.

Great store with fantastic employees . I was in the need for some kitchen cabinets and I was given great service and placed an order for 10 cabinets it was easy with the great help we got from Tom a kitchen planner that new his stuff.

Ron is got to be one of the best associates at that location, he knows his products, he is super friendly, and will make sure he answered any of your questions. I go there because its convenient however he really a valuable employee.

Over t he last 2 mos. my husband has been renovating my sewing rooms by putting in cabinetry and flooring. The personnel in this store were very helpful with purchasing and returning. Our cashier at today's visit, Shannon, was extremely friendly and courteous with my return.
