in my opinion HOMEDEPOT/cicero has come a long way. the overall atmosphire of the store has changed dramatically, the associates are much more aprochable and the store cleanliness has improved. keep up the hard work HOMEDEPOT CICERO.

I mostly shop Home Depot for all my repair and garden needs so I was surprised at how no one approached me to see if I needed help.Plus there were more self-checkouts than associate assisted checkouts.

I was pleased with the store has cleaned up their service as well as the products.

Nabbed a 3.6 cu/ft Magic Chef compact fridge at a very good price. Associate in dept quite helpful.

I am a retired employee of Sears Holding which has most products same as Homedepot. Even with my employee discount and item sale prices, Homedepot beats them all.

No all home depot stores are created equal!!! great help at the cicero and 31st store . Bad service at the clinton and roosevelt store , they did not care to sell maybe it was the late nit shift who just wanted to go home? three weeks before I was there and a young man helped me with information on grills very knowleable and friendly. Went over board showing me differences between grills.

Zara the cashier was very friendly and knowledgable of where to find my products and how to take care of my plants.

I have been a loyal customer of Home Depot since 1990 when we bought our home. I have visited your competitors but do not get the individualized attention that I am used to at Home Depot. I appreciate the Store Layout. I know where most items are and can get what I need and get home to start my project. When I do need assistance, someone is there to help me. PLEASE DO NOT EVER CHANGE YOUR STORE LAYOUT!

I totally enjoy shopping at Home Depot and have been a customer since 1990 when we bought our 1st and only home. The Floor Associates are always helpful and go out of their way to make sure I find what I am looking for or make suggestions as to what will work for the project that I am doing. I have only had to go to Menard's for a few things that you did not carry. They were not able to provide me with the individual attention I always get at Home Depot. PLEASE DO NOT EVER CHANGE THE LAYOUT OF YOUR STORES. Frequent shoppers, like myself, know where to go and who to see. We are in and out with the items that we needed plus a few extras.
