My merchandise was ready within the timeframe that they promised when I had ordered it online. The staff was very helpful and courteous when I was at the customer service desk. I will always go back there to shop.

The store is clean it has a verity of needed products needed for the contractor , home needs and garden BUT customer service stinks in every way

i will not recommend anyone to this store, your standing there, and no one has the decency to ask if you need help, no phone available to call for help, like target has. you need to walk in front to ask for help.

Please recognize Dwayne Hood. Every where we walked in the store, people greeted him. It was great to see. At the register, I shared with Ricky Campbell that I don't usually shop at that location and he encouraged me to come back.

Very helpful and have everything in stock. Issac is always helping me when I need help.

Associates/managers here such as Javier and Berto are very nice, patient to help customers, answer questions and solve problems in professional way.

Today I had several employees ask if I needed help and we're very helpful.

Plumping parts and carpentry and lighting and the paint dept

Great staff, in particular Joe The Batman. That guy rocks the plumbing department! Very knowledgeable and friendly. He cut some pipe for me and got more from the back as I needed.

Love the great tool selection and prices are just right.

Exceptional service! I worked at the store in 1996 when it first opened. Since then there are still employees here that I worked with. They embody what Home Depot was founded on, helpful attitudes In the aisles and on the front end! I must say that the assistant manager Barto is a true leader!
