      Specifically customer service desk, Tab Gloria and Sally. Did an outstanding job with their customer service. The return was super simple and easy, great attitude and attentiveness not only was I greeted as IDid an outstanding job with their customer service.           Exceptional Customer Service
          The Cicero Home Depot is by far the most customer focus store that I’ve ever had the pleasure of Visiting. I own a construction company and no matter where my project is I always go to the Cicero Illinois HomeDepot to purchase my items most of the time. I just have things delivered to my work site. Caroline at the pro desk is exceptionally helpful and I really appreciate her. The entire Pro team from Ema to Krystle to Rochell and all the rest it’s just a pleasure to work with them

            Wrong furnace
            I bought a$2000 furnace from HD. When my installer Opened the box it was not the model I had ordered, it was slightly less good. We’ve been very cold since our furnace broke down so I went ahead and had it installed. We were cold enough that if it had been a coal burning furnace I probably would have installed it and gone out to buy a bunch of coal! What do you do—just move forward…

                    There was a lady named Kasandra who used to work at the electronics department. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything in the store compared to other staff. I honestly feel like she was so professional, she was so patient with costumers and even with people that do not speak Spanish. They said that she was transferred to another store but I hope they relocate her back to this store.

                                  I was blessed to be helped by a very kind & professional cashier named Tiffany. Her great attitude instantly brightened my day and she was even patient enough to explain to me about the pro account. I had a regular account all these years, I was under the impression I was accumulating points with all my purchases but I was not. Not until Tiffany helped me get signed up. I would highly recommend shopping at this location due to the friendly & helpful staff. Tiffany deserves a raise, BIG TIME.

                                        Worst Store ever
                                        I’ve been coming to this Home Depot for many years. I’m a pro member and constantly make many purchases at this location, I would say at least twice a week. Spending over 100,000 a year. Today I came into the store to make copies of keys for my business and to purchase two wooden doors. After I checked out and paid for my items security ran after me in the parking lot. They stated that I didn’t pay for the keys and that I hid them on purpose so I wouldn’t have to pay for them. The keys had fallen in between the two doors on the cart and I didn’t notice. As I recalled I had placed them on top of the doors and was not aware that they were not scanned at the register. I proceeded to tell them that it was not my intention and I would pay for them. They refused to let me pay for them as they were important keys for my business and instead kept them. If that was my plan I think anyone would have just placed the keys in their pocket. I’m a business man and always try to be as professional as I can. The security continued to mistreat me and started to search my pockets without my consent. Never did they say I was under arrest. Wouldn’t let me leave or call anyone until I signed a formed that banned me for 3 years. Then they wrote warning on it. Their actions were absurd and would not give me a chance to explain myself. I felt mistreat and this was uncalled for. Coming from a law enforcement family I know that they were not going about this situation in a professional way. They were nothing but rude. Even tho they give me a warning I will definitely never step a foot there again. They lost a customer for life.

                                              Angel is very knowledgeable and helpful. Been in the store over several weeks and for some reason I always run into Angel. He remembers me and is always very helpful and asks how my project is coming along. Sent my wife to grab some fittings for me and she runs into Angel, not knowing she was my wife, he gave her the same knowledgeable helpful service he has given me over the past few weeks. Great person! Angel has made my experience at Home Depot an easy one,

                                                            Daniela, Greg and Michelle These three employees went above and beyond to help me today when I went into the store to purchase some wood. I was informed that the wood I was purchasing does not qualify for being cut in store. Despite this these three team members went out of their way to help cut down the wood so it would fit in my car. All three were extremely helpful and I am beyond grateful for the time and patience they took helping me. They definitely made this experience one to remember.
