My husband has been looking for this brand of smoker for months. Our local store didn't have the size he wanted. On our travel through Oregon, we thought to visit HD to see what they had. We didn't see it. I asked Calvin if he can look up what HD had it in stock on our way back to California. They had 2. He called Coach Ken and retrieved it and loaded it up with Ryan.

I came in for a DeWalt Battery Operated Sprayer and it was not in the location where the HOme Depot App stated. I requested assistance and the team found it on the top shelf and had to fork lift it down. Lawrence made sure I made it to check out with 5 minutes to spare before closing. Lawrence even offered me a discount for the wait time, however my Veteran's discount was enough for me but the effort and offer was more than enough! That kind of customer service is makes the difference.

I was shopping Black Friday weekend sales when I noticed a large red Husky rolling tool chest that was already $300 off the normal price due to a pretty bad dent just above the top drawer. I noticed the dent while cosmetically unappealing, it did not significantly impact the function of the tool chest. I mentioned I was interested when paying for my other purchases. The cashier was one of the managers who said he could take off another $75 if I bought the tool chest.

The customer service received by Eric H, April and Bronwyn on a late Saturday evening was truly appreciated. After struggling to replace an old toilet (still sore three days later, after not being able to get the tank bolts off the toilet-which I’m quite certain had been there for a solid 30 years) in our daughters first home, another trip to the Home Depot for a new toilet was needed. The customer service and patience we received that day made all the difference in the world.

Generally this store has become less organized. No carts collected for customers. Lines in parking lot are not visible. Messy inventory.

Love the Clackamas HD. My biggest gripe is the poor quality of the parking lot. It's got to be the worst parking lot of any business. Please.... Please. Spend some money and "re-stripe" the parking spots.

The employees are very friendly and I was able to find exsactly what I needed in person.

Everything I look for, I find with the help of one of the employee's and if he or she isn't able to answer my question or find my product, they seem to know who else could and that makes me feel good.

Every time I visit Home Depot I leave satisfied. The employees are always friendly and helpful and I always get good advice when I request it. Good choice of merchandise at fair prices.

I love shopping at this store the staff are friends knowledgeable and helpful the store is clean and well stocked and I can almost always find everything I need

Stopped in today to pick up a gardening tool we saw online. Coach Ken helped us find the specific product, getting it off the shelf for us, made sure the rest of our shopping was complete and walking us to the register. Thank you for your help, Ken!

Not a fan of constantly having to do the work of being the customer and checking out as if I was an employee.

The Home Depot Team is always ready to help as soon as the doors open. I shop here on a regular basis with home or landscape projects, there is always a helping hand when you need guidance. Today I was assisted almost immediately at 6;15 in the morning when I needed a part to complete my landscaping project. Jeff asked if I need help, found the bin where the part was supposed to be, when there were none present Jeff checked his computer, said there were several in the store and when to obtain them. He returned and very politely provided me with the part and place the additional part in the bin.

I went into the store frustrated and Amanda the Assistant Manager went above and beyond my expectations to address my concerns. She took point on the fix beginning to ends to make sure it all went smoothly and all with a smile and great attitude. I can't say enough about her and this location. I will definitely be back .

I was at the store to buy shims To level my new work bench. I stopped by power tools to look at sales and compare prices. And the whole time security was hovering over me, staring at me. Even when I went to other sections of the store, he kept following me. I felt like I was racially for profile. It made my shopping experience uneasy. Especially when the security guard was armed.

So grateful for the extra help given to me by Suzie in the garden department.

We visited this Home Depot never having been here before while our daughter took her drivers test. Much to our surprise everyone was so friendly and helpful and help us find exactly what we needed.

The store is located convenient to us. All persons I have dealt with have been competent and friendly. The exception in these days. .

We have been to the store many times but when it comes to the appliance area we have always been lucky to work with Ruth. She is very thorough and kind and makes sure we truly are getting the best deal.

I had an amazing shopping experience today with two of Home Depot's best employees today. Tony in tools was an amazing wealth of knowledge in helping me with selecting the right product for my project and stellar customer service! Not only did I get lucky with outstanding service from Tony, but then I had the pleasure of Teresa being my cashier with her genuinely friendly attitude topped my shopping experience today. Thanks you both for all that you do for your customers.
