I looked on my home depo app for solid core interior doors and could not find any available in stock in portland. I spoke with Shannon in doors and windows at the Clackamas store and she was able to locate 3 for me in Eugene. I was able to pay in the Clackamas store and pick them up in Eugene. Shannon was pleasant and very helpful. It's employees like her that keep me coming back. I would suggest bringing in more solid core doors both interior and exterior as they are rarely available at the home depo stores in the Portland area

Kat Stensrud in the flooring department was very helpful. She educated me on new carpet/padding. I had a very good experience with my carpets being installed.

Sales rep wouldn’t match price set by other HD store that was out of stock on what I needed. After dealing with price they then didn’t want to sell me what they had because it would have left them low on stock, instead wanted me to order and wait 7-10 days for pickup. As a contractor, I can’t wait for materials when they are in stock just because they don’t want to be low on inventory.

I shop every Home Depot in the northwest and by far the kindness positive attitude and willingness to help impressed me about Johnson Creek Home Depot

I went shopping with a list from my husband. I have very little experience or home improvement knowledge. Your salesperson, Mario, came to my rescue and not only helped me find the items but explained the uses and helped me make my product selections. I left the store very confident that I purchased the correct products.

I purchased a Milwaukee cordless grinder and two batteries, go see Carlos in the tool department great service from him.

We have bought appliances at HD; we have bought so many items over the years which have always been satisfactory and met our needs. The past summer we purchased an air conditioner to cool us down. This was a very good purchase.

After leaving a review to enter the $5,000 sweepstakes I went to read the rules and you ended the sweepstakes last night Jan 27 at midnight. I feel duped entering to win a $5,000 gift card when the sweepstakes was closed.

Mario was a freakin stud! We brought us a ladder that had been outside and was wet. But he made sure it was dried off for my wife. Kind acts like that is why we shop at clackamas home depot. Fast checkout too!

The Home Depot store in Happy Valley Valley has always been wonderful to shop out when I happen to be in the area. The employees are always pleasant and VERY helpful.

I bought a TV stand online. Very solid and heavy. Had cracks:was damaged so I returned. They sent me a replacement- had the very same problem!! Returned again after waiting and waiting. What a horrible experience. Maybe inspect your items before you sell them to us? Will never do it again. I was just exhausted both physically and emotionally

Not quality products.

Usually like Home Depot for big items--because of price, but frustrating to go there for small items as hard to find, and hard to find someone to help you (SF Bay area stores.) Needed to buy lots of small stuff and was pleasantly surprised--lots of helpful clerks in the aisles, and cashier was quick & cheerful.

I can't say enough about the employees at this store. Especially Suzanne and Carson. Its so hard to find good help these days, but these 2 are exemplary. Thanks again Suzanne and Carson for turning our frustrating day around.
