I've been to many Home Depot stores throughout the country...this is, so far, the best Home Depot (when it comes to customer sales help) that I've ever experience. I've shopped in Ca.,Fl.,Tx, Wa., P.R.and NY...and yeah...this was good...I'm gonna like it here. There was personal attention and friendliness that felt genuine.

Paint dept was amazing, as always. Roaming employees went above and beyond normal to help this temporarily disabled customer. Yesterday, I came for drywall patch and today paint. Yesterday, when I overdid it and couldn’t walk any further a roaming employee retrieved the last item on my list for me. Such kindness and great customer service! Sadly, today, relief checker was repeatedly annoyed when I asked for help getting two ($300) 5-gallon buckets of paint into car. No one ever came to help. A kind stranger helped, instead. Usually a great store, but the last step failed.

all employees seem to know exactly where the product is located when asked by a customer, however if they dont know they will say wait here and I will find someone whose dept you are looking for to come and help you, has been my experience. thank you for being in the community. greg bacongregr

This is, HANDS DOWN, the best Home Depot I have ever been to. ALL of the employees were smiling and happy and went out of their way to help every customer they came across. Whoever is training the employees at this store should train them all!! Also, the Tool Rental crew really know their stuff!! I will never go to another home depot!! Thank you

There were employees available to help. We were referred to a salesperson who had expertise in what we needed. He had a lot of knowledge plus made the extra effort of offering to go to the WEB site to find what we really wanted. He helped order that.

I have been impressed by the employees' graciousness and willingness to help that I have experienced at the Clackamas Home Depot. I have found that to be true on several occasions. I have chosen The Home Depot because I have sometimes needed assistance finding the appropriate item and I know that I will get it there.

I went in the store for looking some electrical parts, I want it to make sure that I get the right ones, I saw Cloe coming toward me, I asked her if she could help me finding what I was looking for. Chloe immediately jumped in and find all the items. She was very pleasant as a person, very professional. Chloe gave me a very pleasant experience. Thank You so much, Cloe you made my day...

Very happy with the Happy Valley Home Depot located at 9300 SE 82nd Avenue, Portland, OR. Home Depot has great products, excellent prices and great customer service. Also - thanks to Home Depot for providing a Military Discount. Home Depot also is doing a great job taking care of both customers and staff during the covid crisis. Require masks for everyone and if anybody doesn't have a mask - Home Depot normally provides masks. Thanks to Home Depot!!

Moriah in Doors and Windows is a very valuable employee. She went above and beyond to help me through a window order I placed over the phone. Next time I'm in the store I will be sure to track her down and thank her in person for her help and professionalism.

outstanding job done by Ashley and one other associate did not get her name we were looking for a washer and dryer the other associate found the ones we wanted in stock but we decided not to take them thank you anyway we ended up ordering for delivery Ashley answered all our questions and had us on our way in no time glad we stopped by thank you very much looking forward to the delivery of the new washer and dryer

When I called to see if they had any poinsettias available, the employee went to go see if they had any 4 inch one and they did but he didn’t tell me what color they were which was a bummer. I went and got them anyway.

I got the best service here while shoping for a item I new nothing about.

Love this store as always, convenience and has things that I need to buy.

Don't expect a cart because the employees use them all and customer don't get them.

We have shopped this location for many years and have always been happy with our purchases and customer service. In the future we will continue to give them our business.

Called to have an item held, went straight there from another home depot store. No one in customer service or the department knew anything of it. I tried to find an item in closet/storage (back of the store). Not a single associate made any eye contact, acknowledged me. They were not too busy helping other customers, but chatting with each other. I gave up and left and will buy the item I need elsewhere. This is not the first time I've had no one help or acknowledge me in the store. This seems to be a culture here. I'll go to other home depot stores before this one.

Eric in plumbing really knows his stuff and has been doing things like cutting threading on black gas pipe all his life. He doesn't need any helping instructions and is no newbie. Amazing service.
