I had such a wonderful experience today. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and so friendly! I will most definitely be shopping here in the near future!

I wish I new his name. He found the remaining bottle of the stuff I was looking for. It was tucked way in the back of the shelf hidden behind a different bottle that was placed in the wrong spot. Kudos to that rep! He saved me an extra trip and saved the sale for HD!

This Home Depot on transit road is my favorite one to shop at. It just seems more family friendly to me and the employees are really nice

Gary approached me, walked me to the item i was looking foor, and went out of his way to climb up and retrieve it for me. I am impressed with his helpfullness.

Mohammed in Plumbing did an excellent job with my black pipe order. I had a large and very specific need for black pipe. He cut and threaded the black pipe in very quick fashion, and saved me a ton of time. Look for him in the Clarence store if you need anything from plumbing!

Great customer service

So helpful and very well stocked. They are always pleasant and willing to help. Hats off to Dave who is happy to help load my car as I am disabled.

I will make this short and sweet. The People at this store are the best in the industry and it's a pleasure to know them. They make my job very easy, and I've known several people like Maggie and Dave and Marlene at the pro desk seemingly since the store opened 27 years ago ( I think it was 27). Mike in millwork, Dave in lumber and I know Gene retired from tool rental but a great guy that worked hard every day. Thanks to all these folks!

Overall I like the Store. It seems to have good Inventory and the Sales People are very helpful. The only thing that bothers me about going to this particular Store is that they only have one Handicap Scooter. Topically it's being used by someone else or the Battery is half dead and you just have to leave it were it died and start walking. The Walden Ave store has 4 of them, it's a little farther but a butter choice to be assured of a Scooter.

I was asked if I needed help right away and Hailey did just that. Very mature and professional. Wish there was more like her in general.

Michelle and Rick were very helpful in the design of our kitchen, providing suggestions and ideas for a DIY kitchen.

The employees were super helpful and knowledgeable and my cashier David was really nice, we don't see this very much anymore and it was nice to see smiles and people willing to help me!

We had the best experience at the Transit Road location! We met Martin in flooring and not only did he walk us through all the options with flooring, but then took us everywhere else we needed to go to get items. Amazing Customer Service. He helped us sign up for a HD CC and then Kaitlynne helped make sure everything was correct and checked us out explaining all the details of the store delivery and pick up. We could not have asked for a better experience than what we had!! Thank you!!

The people working at this Home Depot are very friendly and helpful. We were assisted by multiple members in finding all the things we needed to install a new fan.

Was buy a washer and there was a gentleman named Antanie who come over and introduced himself and helped through the whole process.

I hate self checkout and now that you completely removed cashiers I will go to Lowe’s.

Found everything I needed to finish a project

I ordered an item to be delivered and upon opening had some damage. I returned it to Customer Service and Anjula was very courteous, professional, efficient, and friendly. I will return to this store.

I love the Pergo Flooring I purchased

Joe Blake in paint was very professional and helpful. The knowledge that he shared help me make my selections quickly and I appreciate it.

We bought a Xmas tree and was pleased with the selections they had. The second tree we opened is the one we took.

Everyone was very nice. If we needed help there was plenty.

My husband bought a heated vest and is looking forward to wearing it. The interaction that we had with the Home Depot employee was wonderful. He was not only helpful but had my husband try on the vest and helped with the battery pack placement and use. Thank you Christian. Keep up the good work!

Mohammad has the best customer service

Came home from work to find my freezer head broken down all my food was getting warm I rushed to Home Depot to buy a deep freezer the associate is named Tony he was fantastic he helped me get a deep freezer out to my truck helped load that in and was so kind and courteous

I returned an old item with the receipt & and the customer service representative was excellent. David was friendly, knowledgeable & professional. He resolved my problem in a few minutes & I received an in store credit.

This store has the best employees especially Nikki the sales cashier/flooring specialist who helped us for 4 hours to proof read and submit our order so there is no room for error.She is so hardworking that I was amazed and would definitely want to go back to that store again because of the pleasant service she provided us
